The Inner Harbor has malls, boats, an Aquarium, sculpture, and a water taxi. There are several activities from ship sailings, shopping, a Science Museum, and eating to choose from. If you want to see the Aquarium go early or book tickets online otherwise the line is huge. Cool off in the mall or Barnes and Noble where you can use... More

Visited June 2012. Baltimore was a city that has its bad parts and good parts (like any city). The inner harbor was the same. There are plenty of things to do that are like the mall. There is also the aquarium and paddle boating. The big turnoff to me was all the garbage floating around the harbor. You would think... More

Yes, it can get crowded, and since it is in an urban environment, there are the typical homeless panhandler druggies, but this is definitely worth a visit. I was there for three days during the Tall Ships Sailabration. It was great. I felt safe. The police presence was good. The crowds behaved very well. And the cleanliness was great given... More

The shops aren't any different from what you'd find in a mall. It's a nice place to sit and people watch.

I visited the inner harbour as part of Sailabration 2012. The whole area was decked out with stalls, attractions and tall ships as well as visiting Naval vessels. There are plenty of shops nearby along with places to eat, the hard choice would be to make a decision as to what to see or where to go and eat first.... More

Baltimore has done a great job revitalizing the Inner Harbor with a family friendly environment. It was clean and safe for all. The stores were unique and not extremely over priced. We enjoyed the live music and our fun dining experience at Dick's In Between!

Beautiful as always. Very crowded. The sailabration was beautiful, but the city under estimated the needs of the crowds.

Loved some of the majestic sailing ships from different countries, one could tour most of them. Food was overpriced, however, and scene was marred by numerous souvenir stands selling junk. Info for practical matters and war history was very available, and there were some educational exhibits in tents explaining the significance of this poorly known war.
