Our group of nine adults included male and female, young and less young, and each of us had a great time. One in our party, who was not interested in taking part in the creative process himself, was comfortable and content spending time in the adjoining bar/restaurant. Tim and his staff of craftsmen were unfailingly helpful, enthusiastic and patient. The... More

All I have to say is if you like arts and crafts, then this is the ultimate experience. I mainly did this for my girlfriend Meghan who I thought would absolutely love this (which she of course did), but I also really enjoyed this experience myself. You start by picking the object that you want to actually make, then you... More

Shawn and Julian were our craftsmen. They teach you step by step how to make a glass item. They do the steps with you. It is really a great time. Shawn is masterful, very smart, a very good instructor, wise beyond his years, and movie-star handsome. They charge you only for the items you make. We all loved it, and... More

Looking for something to do in Baltimore... this activity will blow you away. While visiting my son in the city, my wife and I were looking for something unique to do and ran across this great place. From the time that Shaun (I hope I spelled that right) greeted us, until we had completed our first project, I felt like... More

My husband and I went with a small group and first enjoyed a deelish lunch at the restaurant the McFaddens own next door. When we entered Tim's glass studio afterward, we saw beautiful pieces of many-colored and shaped glass, some of which were for sale and some of which were done by his students. Tim demonstrated glass blowing for us,... More

We came here on a whim after eating next door (Woodberry Kitchen). It's really fascinating. You can buy some of the art or even take a class. I'm going soon myself.

This gentleman is a real artist with glass but the thing that really makes it wonderful are the classes in glass blowing. He makes it really fun to learn. One of the great things is to blow your own Christmas ornament.

You MUST try this. We loved it. My husband and I had a few hours in Baltimore and came upon this gem on Tripadvisor. We called up and luckily they had some availability. They usually work on reservations, so call beforehand 2 days+ if you know you'll be in the area. We were greeted promptly with a genuine smile. After... More
