I have been in the Basilica for several years at Christmas time for the Baltimore Choral Arts Christmas concert.The architecture is beautiful.It is a very grand place.

Inside of Basilica is very beautiful. It is an oasis in the middle of downtown. The outside is not exceptional but still a good view.

I attended mass here and also did the tour. It was amazing how much has changed but how beautiful and feminine the Church is. Learned more about the Catholic faith and traditions from the tour. Would recommend for everyone to do the self-guided or walking tour.

After reading about the architectural renovations of 2006 ,I was happy to visit the basilica this weekend while in town. We attended Mass then stayed for the tour. The space is light and open. Historical as this is America's first basilica.
