This is a great place to spend a few hours. There is a large reef exhibit in the middle when you walk in which was by far my favorite part. It contained small sharks, rays, puffer fish, a wide variety of other colorful fish and A HUGE turtle. It was really fun to watch all of the different sea life.... More

Baltimore's Inner Harbor is a great place to visit any time of year. If you've not yet gone to the National Aquarium - why are you waiting? Exhibits to delight kids of all ages: from the Rain Forest to seeing a 'real' Nemo to those ever-intelligent Dolphins and of course, those wicked sharks. You won't be disappointed with the sights... We enjoyed our visit to the Aquarium. You should plan on spending several hours there. However, it left a somewhat sour taste in our mouths. As everyone has said, the admission is very steep to begin with. Then they wouldn't honor their Maryland Mornings discount because "it's a holiday" (Presidents Day, no mention of this exception on their website). As... More

Spent three hours wandering and exploring. Had a great time--beautiful place to spend quality time. Did the Sharks Behind the Scenes Tour--Alan--you are very knowledgeable and funny to boot! Thanks for a great tour and day!

The National Aquarium is almost worth the price of admission. That says a lot, because it costs $35 each to get in! A huge amount for an aquarium. However, it really is a fabulous experience. The main section is where the best experience is to be found. There is an enormous tank that spans four stories, some of it is... More

I was initially confused by a Baltimore map indicating what seemed to be two aquariums, one on pier 3 and another on pier 4. These are actually connected by a raised, covered walkway and constitute one aquarium. This place traces its historic past back to the first aquarium in the USA located in Massachusetts. Eventually moved to Washington D.C. they... More

We were visiting the Inner Harbor for the first time but it was really to cold to walk around so we visited the Aquarium. Huge aquarium but I felt like I was seeing the same thing over and over again. The rain forest part was different. I would recommend the visit though.

Absolutely loved this aquarium! We spent hours here walking aroundaround looking at all of the exhibits! It's huge and worth it even though admission is $35 each plus $5 for the awesome 4d monsters of the deep show. I definetely recommend seeing it! Also spend some time sitting and watching the dolphins play!
