Stopped in here based on other reviews and people were right! This place was really neat. Two floors with great big windows letting a ton of natural light in as well as outdoor seating. Every employee we encountered was friendly and warm. We tried the pulled BBQ pork & pineapple pizza - delicious!

We love stopping at Ft George on our way to the beach. When the weather is good, sitting outside on the patio is good. Otherwise, sitting upstairs with a great view of the Columbia is second best. The wood fired pizzas they serve upstairs are very good. The beer selection is phenomenal. Ask for a sampler to try a wee... More

Amazing food, beer and staff! My husband and I came here on our day trip to Astoria. We were greeted immediately and got a table. Everyone who works there is your server, one guy took our beer order another guy took our food order and a third guy rang our bill. I can't say enough for this place. I ordered... More

Been here multiple times, , with my wife. The beer is always great! Had a black IPA while my wife had the 1811 Lager. IPA was awesome - ended up getting a growler of it to go - my wife liked the lager, but it wasn't my cup of tea - both of us had the Anaheim Chile Burger -... More

This place was clean and most of the staff was friendly. We first stopped in for a couple beers while we waited for our hotel room to be ready and decided on comb back for dinner. The lady and gentleman working the bar were super friendly and we really enjoyed it. When we came back for dinner, we ended up... More

Where to start? Luckily we didn't have to wait very long to get seated, but once we were seated, we waited FOREVER to get acknowledged. We should have left, but.....we were very hungry and were going on the great Tripadvisor reviews. Big mistake. Our two kids ordered a pizza with pepperoni. Hubby and I ordered a hamburger with coleslaw. The... More

Great atmosphere with lovely people. On arrival at the main door there was a queue, so the host explained that if we head across the car park to the taproom, it's quieter, chilled out and 19 beers on tap. The result was awesome. Really friendly staff and locals, not quiet just a really nice atmosphere. A shortened menu which didn't... More

We ordered the tuna melt and the house made sausage for lunch and it was fantastic. We tasted the drunken pumpkin and it was really good. Too bad we don't live nearby to come back and taste the other seasonals.

Great brewery in Astoria. Got there right when they were tapping a new beer to our luck. They had good beers and a nice staff.

Great beers, and the best tuna sandwich I've ever had. To me a "tuna melt" has always been tuna salad with cheese grilled. Not at Ft. George Brewery. Take a nice piece of a fresh albacore fillet, slather on some sun dried tomatoes, Tillamook cheese, put it on some tasty ciabatta type bread and you've got a winner. Good prices... More
