Good place

The food was good, the beer was good, and the very friendly waitress told us how to get to the hike we were looking for.

We ordered the full sample(13) beertray and it was interesting tastes. We both liked the was the wheatbeer, number 3 from the top. The bartender explained about the different type of beer, and you also get a pamplet with more about the different type of beers. We bought a glassbottle with the tapbeer for 25 dollars to bring with us.... More

This is a great local brew pub. The beers are great. I just wish I could get more than one schooner at a time. Music on the weekends so be prepared for fun.

We just had lunch here. The garden salad was phenomenal bht the clam chowder was just okay. My hubby had the verde burrito which he said was a little spicy. The history of the building and beer are worth the trip, though. You can get half pints of beer which are perfect for sampling. Depending on where you sit, there... More

We had an early dinner and the food was typical brewery food with a few local delicacies. The wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. The beer was tasty.

My wife and I visited this restaurant as we were driving thru Astoria. We sat on the patio with several other people including a few dogs. Fort George had the best fish and chips I've ever had and the beer was also fantastic. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. Great place.

We ate upstairs and enjoyed the nice river view. I like that we could order beer and cider in smaller quantities than a full pint. Good beer selection. Cider was pear; different but tasty. Food was pretty good, but the 'fire roasted vegetables' appetizer was criminally overpriced for the teeny amount of food! The rest of our dinner was more... More

Perfect for that one hot day in Astoria when nothing but a cold wet one will do. Folks in Astoria like their beer and this has state lottery money to fund it. Thats somerhing to drink to.

First and foremost, the beer is pretty incredible. The food, on the other hand, meh. My wife had the Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was delicious and well cooked, but the salad appeared as though it had Italian rather than Caesar dressing. She got the small salad, but it looked more like a side salad. I got the "Woodfired"... More

Nice ambiance. Food was ok. We tried the clam chowder and cheesy broccoli soup. No flavor. Thank goodness for salt and pepper. Hummus plate was good. People next to us had the tuna and chips. They said it was wonderful.
