Popped in for a beer around lunch. Didn't eat here tho saw lots of good food going by, Tried the Wit beer--really liked it. One of the best beers I have tried. We were on a beer crawl--so that is saying alot. Nice place. the upstairs has a killer view and lots of light. Very nice. Staff are fun and... More

Good lunch crowd - and really good food. Sampled all the beers for a couple $$ per sample. The place was crowded, but none of the upstairs or adjacent areas were open. Only downfall is the bathroom space is limited. Bad news for a brewery!

The Fort George Brewery may be all the way out in Astoria, but it is definitely one of Oregon's best brewpubs. Their beer, food, and design is truly spectacular. Enjoy your fresh beer in the bar room, the beer garden, or upstairs (after you climb the spiral staircase). This is Astoria's absolute must-see destination.

While camping on the Oregon Coast, we decided to drive in to Astoria to taste some local fare. Ft. George was recommended. The recommendation was a good one. Ft. George brews and serves some excellent beer. My wife had the hard cider and enjoyed it. There is an upstairs area as well as an outside seating area adjacent to the... More

My boyfriend and I here stopped here on a road trip up the Oregon coast. The building caught our eye as we were driving through and we decided to stop for lunch. We were immediately greeted and sat outside. The patio seating area was great, it was completely open air so it was perfect on the cloudy day we were... More

Not being a craft beer fan I had a nice wine. We had the fresh fish and chips. Loved the deck. Yum! Friendly staff. We didn't make it upstairs, that looks like a nice pizza spot too.

We wanted to try the beer so we ordered a flight which included thirteen (13!) 2 oz beers of a large variety. We also ordered food which was excellent. The staff was friendly and very sociable. They had some nice outdoor seating as well.

We ate on the top level where it was basically pizza for food. It was very good. My husband had the beer flight and they let me sample a wine before deciding to order a glass or not. There was music playing and there are games to keep kids entertained while waiting for the food. Wait staff was very friendly.... More

The food was good, the beer was good, and the very friendly waitress told us how to get to the hike we were looking for.

We ordered the full sample(13) beertray and it was interesting tastes. We both liked the was the wheatbeer, number 3 from the top. The bartender explained about the different type of beer, and you also get a pamplet with more about the different type of beers. We bought a glassbottle with the tapbeer for 25 dollars to bring with us.... More
