We took a self guided tour and there was no charge. As we walked through the plant we could observe the huge vats that were used in beer making. The bottling process and the loading of the bottles in boxes was heavily automated. There was a lot of info about the history of the company. At the end of our... More

I was looking for free things to do in Jacksonville and I saw this tour. It is a real working brewery so you get to see how everything is made. Not a beer fan myself but it is still worth spending a couple of hours doing the tour. At the end of the tour there is a bar where you... More

I don't even like beer, but I enjoyed myself. We just did the self-guided tour, so we went at our own pace and red the signs. It was nice because there was no one else there and we didn't have to strain to hear a tour guide or anything. I don't know that a guide would add much more to... More

The tour is interesting and the staff are genuinely glad you came by for a visit (and friendly). The hospitality room is indoors with AC so it's a good stop on a hot summer day. Plus, free beer - is this a great country or what? Even if BUD is now owned by a foreign company - still a good... More

Got tickets to do this as soon as I landed at JAX. My father and I were the only 2 in the class but we still has some good laughs. Ok gift shop and you get two free drinks at the hospitality bar and they are full size glasses with a good selection.

We planned a trip here as part of a birthday celebration. We paid in advance for both Beer School ($10) and the Brewmaster Tour ($25),and would definitely pay to do both again. We didn't experience the free tour, so I can't speak to that. The staff was all very friendly and informative- especially Roger at the bar in the Hospitality... More

I moved to Jacksonville,FL about a year ago and I haven't been impressed with it thus far. The Budweiser Brewery changed my mind! On a whim my sister and I went on the free tour offered at the brewery a few times a day. We weren't expecting much because neither one of us are "beer drinkers" but it was free... More

This was an informative tour with friendly staff. Samples were great as well. Gift shop is a bit small but had enough to choose from. Great way to spend a couple hours!

We don't drink but wanted to see the process. We took the brew masters tour, we were lucky we were the only ones for the tour and our guide did a wonderful job of guiding us and explaining the process. Everyone should take this tour.

This was a free tour we took and I want you all to go, it was so much fun. Free samples, you get to watch the beer on the conveyer belts get packaged, and see the bins it's kept in. So cool!
