The tour itself is fine (although if you're elderly and have problems walking, it is a little long). My biggest complaint is with the Tasting Room. You go to a tasting room to taste the product to learn what you like and what you don't like. Here they give you a large glass of one beer on tap, one large... More

Lots of information and a ton of fun. We really enjoyed the tour and our tour guide (the girl with the british accent- blanking on her name). I had a moment and didn't wear closed toe shoes even after they reminded us and had to dash out and buy new shoes- they held the tour for the 5 minutes we... More

Interesting, informative tour, and they are quite generous with size of the 2 samples. We arrived about 1/2 hour before the next free tour was going to start, so the receptionist encouraged us to go to the gift shop and/or the tasting room. We had one of our two free beers before the tour. Very accommodating!

I took my parents on the free tour. My father is not able to walk log distances and this tour was the perfect length! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and added quips at appropriate times. After the tour, a visit to the Hospitality Room comes with 2 free beers; there is fountain soda for children and non-drinkers. The gift... More

You can take a guided tour or a self-guided tour of the Budweiser Facility. Everything is displayed for you and your own pace. Once you get to the hospitality room, you will receive 2 complimentary samples of your choice (even if you don't go on the tour). Small bags of pretzels are also provided for free. If you feel guilty,... More

Did the Bud tour with a few friends this past weekend. We had to wait a few minutes for the tour to start and the host offered us a sample of one of their new products, Shock Top apple cider. The guide showed us the brewing process and how learned a little of the history of the company. Then went... More

I've been on the free tour once and the Beermaster tour twice and i'm not going to stop going on them anytime soon. Every tour I've taken I've learned something new, each tour guide has their own little quips and facts. At the end, of both, the free tour and Beermaster tour you get to enjoy two free samples of... We went on the complimentary brewery tour and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. It was just about the right length and gave you a good insight on how beer is made. What was even better was the visit to the hospitality room. They gave us two free drinks and free pretzels. We enjoyed trying out different types... More

This is a real life episode of how it's made. I don't drink their product, but the brewmaster tour was very interesting. From history to bottling we spent about 2.5 hours with our guide exploring. Pretty impressive operation.

Found this by accident and it was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the tour and the history of the tour is very interesting. It's not a long drawn out history lesson, so it was nice. We got 2 free drinks to try at the end. I don't drink beer, but I tried a sip of a couple flavors. They... More
