This was pretty interesting for a brewery that is just an expansion off the St. Louis Original. I would have enjoyed being closer to the brewing process. Here they allow you to observe the process from an elevated and sometimes enclosed walk way. After they show you the Brewing process and bottling they take you to the a tasting room... more
