This Symphony Season has introduced an energetic and passionate orchestra facilitator (he want's the orchestra to lead) with new opportunities to be engaged with our superb musicians. We have been season ticket holders for a number of years for Pops and/or MasterWorks Series. The trek to Jax is worth coming to hear the Jax Symphony perform.

Musicians love great weather as much as the rest of us so it's little surprise that the Jacksonville Symphony has attracted many world-class musicians to its ranks. The concert hall has (as experts attest) acoustics as good as anywhere in the US. At $59 for a box seat this has to be the best value entertainment available - fantastic.

I visited, expecting it to be poor due to many reviews from friends and family. I was pleasantly surprised, and it was amazing. JSO was beautiful, and bright. Great place.

We went to see the Jacksonville Symphony perform a series of Nat King Cole songs sung by a visiting artist. The symphony orchestra did a great job but was a little surprised that the conductor did not interact with the audience as has been done by other conductors. The entire show was coordinated by the singer who did a good... More

Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra is a true jewel for Jacksonville. We are so lucky to have one of the 2 symphonies in the state. With orchestral music set to movies (Pixar, Pirates of the Caribbean) to amazing invited musicians, every visit is amazing. I have never been disappointed when I have attended.

The Jax Symphony truly impresses every time I see them. Great strings and percussion, but the horn section really stands out and is tops in the country.

As season ticket holders for the Pops and Masterworks series for many years, we have enjoyed the JSO in a wide variety of performances along with the special guest artists or just by themselves. The tickets can be exchanged for another performance if you 't can't make it to one of the performances and parking is a bargain...unless you can... More

Went to see Pops in Love at Jacoby Hall and I can tell you our JSO did themselves proud. Besides the wonderful music, there was the "show" that the conductor Stuart Chafetz put on. The songs were perfect for Valentine's Day and the gentleman that sang the Phantom's selections was spectacular. Wonderful afternoon of music.

This is a spectacular performance. I thought it had no chance of living up to the performance of the Dallas Symphony. I was wrong. You'll absolutely love this. Make a space on your calendar and make sure you attend.
