Great park. Lots had full hook-up for our camper. Kids loves walking to beach and the view was awesome. For 3 mornings in a row at the beach we saw dolphins riding the waves. So cool watching the miltary helicopter fly over the beach landing at the navy base next to the campground. This am a navy ship was heading... More

Great park by the ocean. Mountain bike trails are plentiful, well maintained and clearly marked. Beach access and camping, hiking, fishing and canoe rentals available also. Great outdoor activities for the whole family.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Hanna Park campground in a motorhome with slide-outs. The pros are: (1) it’s a 5-minute walk from the campground to the nearest beach access points. The beach is beautiful with tall dunes and miles of white sand! (2) The campground is covered with a heavy canopy of trees, so campsites are... More

We had a great experience at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park. We went to the beach for the day and took our dog. The beach was beautiful and there were only a few others there. We did not go anywhere but the beach, but seemed like a fantastic park!

Overall nice beach, still the best beach in Jax for families and having the bathrooms and showers to clean up when you leave the beach makes for easier clean up when you get home.

For anyone that likes a tropical vacation right next to the Atlantic ocean with or without your children. This is a state park for RVers, camping and cabin rentals. Great for hiking, biking and especially beach walking. There is also fresh water lakes rental boats and a water park for the kids. This is not the newest park but if... More

We elected to book a campsite here when our beloved Talbot was booked. If you have been to Talbot, this campground pales in comparison. It is located very near a gentlmen's club and while the security is definitely present in the park, the club coupled with some random people roaming through parking lots made me uneasy. The bath house was... More

After trying all afternoon to call and make a reservation....(busy, busy, busy).......we arrived at the campground. The sign said hours of park open until 8 pm starting in April.....we arrived at 7:30 and the office door was locked.......the man inside reluctantly came to the door, said they were closed and could not process a reservation...(he'd. 'cashed out his drawer').....we asked... More

We took our bikes out to Hanna Park on a Monday in March. It was a beautiful day and hardly a soul in site. During the warmer season and on weekends there may be a different story, but our day was perfect. Only $3 for 3 of us to get in. We parked the car and took off on the... More
