The venue gives you that feeling of being in a pristine oasis once you step onto the sand dunes and see there are no high risers. Great surfing, camping and trails

Love this beautiful park with lovely lake and paddle boat, kayak, canoe, rentals. Not in to paddling or fishing on the lake-go to the beach side. Plenty of beach. Great place to camp. Nice and shaded. Life guards on duty. Water park for the smaller children, disc golf, bike riding, and plenty of room. One of my favorite places in... More

Sat on the beach and watched dolphins swimming and playing around at the sandbar. There are not vast amounts of shells, which makes the sand easy to walk on. The beach was not overcrowded at all. Lifeguards were stationed about every 100 yards. I've been at other pools where the lifeguards played on their phones instead of doing their job... More

Plenty of sandy beach with shallow water for children to enjoy. A local firm rents paddleboards that older children will love. Picnic areas, toilets, not too many cars, wonderful views.

Bring your mountain bike to Hanna for 15 miles of fun singletrack. There are three main trails, the South trail and Z trail running around the south side of the park, and the E trail on the north side. The South trail is the older trail, and easier than Z, which is newly built to be more challenging. E trail... More

This campground at one time was very nice. It is now a dump. It is not maintained and many of the sites are overgrown. When my wife tried to enter the park to check it out we had to pay $3. We have driven all over the south checking out parks that are private, city, county, state and federal and... More

The beach was wonderful. The restrooms were not. Be sure to bring wipes and hand sanitizer! There are plenty of covered picnic areas up near the parking lot if you need to get out of the sun. And it's true - the Atlantic IS warmer than the Pacific. :)

Hanna Park is a lovely place, with plenty of trees in the interior and wonderful beach access. One of my favorite beaches in Florida.

We live in Jacksonville and we love going to Hanna Park to camp overnight and be near the beach. Everyone is very friendly and it's an easy bike ride to the beach front the campsite. You don't feel like you are near the city. The campsites have great trees and fire pits. Love this place!
