Great beach access, I only went for the day to see the beach but would like to go back for camping, hiking etc. The beach wasn't packed at all, definitely worth the drive and much much better than Jax beach. Outside showers too.

Unfortunately my entire review is based on the bathrooms here. They just ruined it for me. The park is so pretty, the beach is beautiful. But the bathrooms, ewwww. I was there early, on a Monday, and they were disgusting. My husand and I want to camp there, and we tried to get into the campground to see if the... More

Although you have to pay a small fee to enter this park, you will find the advantage is an uncrowded beach even on weekends, nice walking & bike trails, parks, lakes and more. One disadvantage is that some pathways to the beach are more difficult than others to maneuver so check with the ranger as you are paying if you... More

This place is beautiful with so much to offer, but we no longer camp here bc the hosts are awful. Just ridiculous and obviously have no lives. Our family along with several of our friends have taken our camping to little talbot, north beach, anastasia, flamingo, etc..

Lakes, sea, beaches and great atmosphere, well worth a visit or a stay in your RV. Very unique setting.

Visited the park on a Friday. Nearly empty, the kids and I had a whole beach to ourselves, with the safety of a lifeguard! When the sun got too hot, we headed over to the kids splash park - 2 hours later I was begging them to leave, they loved it! Be sure to pack all the snacks, food and... More

After a few days in Jacksonville, this was our last stop before we left town. The beach was clean and quiet. We did drive down further to the lesser crowded areas. After a while at the beach, we decided to visit the splash pad. There are lifeguards at the pad. It is family friendly and clean. Most of all....it is... More

We totally LOVE this park and go almost every day. It is pet friendly (must be leashed) and there is so many paths to explore. They are multiple access points to the beach and when we go early in the morning there is only ever a few people on the beach. (Dog are allowed on the beach too and must... More

We really enjoyed our day in this park. We ended up using the BBQ to grill with family. We enjoyed swimming there too. There is a life guard on duty. There was no room to change in the bathrooms, just stalls, so that was a disappointment. There is a lake to go fishing. Lots of beautiful nature. I would recommend... More

I used to live, literally, across the street from Hanna Park and went very often. There are very nice picnic facilities, and nice beaches where you can get some sunshine while watching the ships heading out into the ocean. There is also camping, but I never used it. A great place to take a break from being on the run...
