The beach was wonderful. The restrooms were not. Be sure to bring wipes and hand sanitizer! There are plenty of covered picnic areas up near the parking lot if you need to get out of the sun. And it's true - the Atlantic IS warmer than the Pacific. :)

Hanna Park is a lovely place, with plenty of trees in the interior and wonderful beach access. One of my favorite beaches in Florida.

We live in Jacksonville and we love going to Hanna Park to camp overnight and be near the beach. Everyone is very friendly and it's an easy bike ride to the beach front the campsite. You don't feel like you are near the city. The campsites have great trees and fire pits. Love this place!

We were very happy with our 4 day stay at this lovely park. Camp site were very private and loved the huge live oak trees in the camp ground. You can fish in the lake or go to the beach. I highly recommend this park.

Just visited Hanna Park yesterday. It is a great and safe beach with close by parking and easy access to the beach. There are covered areas to barbecue and picnic. Lifeguards were also on duty. It is a good beach to walk, swim, ride waves, and just lay out.

I stayed in our RV at Hanna Park for three weeks while I was going to Mayo Clinic every day. It was nice to come home to a quiet place. During the weekend the campground filled up but the weekdays were wonderful. It would be nice if they Wi-Fi and perhaps cable TV but I made do. The beach is... More

Spent a great day with the family and got a lil surf fishing in! For summer vacation there was not hardly anyone there, like a private beach! Plenty of room for the kids to run and play!

The water park has lowered the capacity level to 28 which is fine if you didn't count the parents. So you have 12 kids playing in the water for 20 minutes then one of the THREE hair twirling aviator sunglass wearing "lifeguards?" blows a whistle and you have to get out and melt for 20 minutes. The playground is nice... More

This city park / beach could be so much better with just a few more amenities and better maintenance. 1.) Need more restrooms, showers, and dedicated changing rooms. The only two or 3 restroom facilities we could find only had 2 or 3 stalls each and none were designed for private changing. 2.) The shower heads were clogged or broken,... More
