I love the Florida Theatre and loved it even more last night listening to CSN play there. It is beautiful, historic, majestic and everyone sounds good in there and I've experienced alot of great and varied music there. Last night appeared to be completely sold out and the hubs bought the tickets on a hunch late in the game so... More

One of two historic theatre's saved in Jacksonville. Truly a must to see. They did a magnificent job restoring the true glory of this historic landmark.

This was my first time in this theatre. I have heard and seen it many times on my way around the down town area, but never stopped. Today was the day to finally see what was inside. It is very large and nice and clean. It looks old fashion, but no musty smell. So many people were there. The seats... More

This is certainly worth the visit. It is so beautiful and the set up for events is well thought out. We recently saw Lewis Black and had nice seats. Although they are very small and my husband who is 6' did have some leg room issues. The sound quality is wonderful and we enjoyed our time there. We definitely would... More

The Theatre is beautiful. We attended concerts on Saturday and Sunday night. The Louge section was excellent for viewing the stage.

I have been here on several occasions with no problem. I've never been a big fan. The Florida Theatre Has Very Bad Lighting and Very Bad Dark Decor! Yes it's old, but it's also 2013 now! Enough Already! But Friday Night Was A Nightmare!!! If you are Claustrophobic...., RUN! Lewis Black show 4/18/2013. NO A/C, No Announcement of NO A/C,... More

I have been there 3 times in the last 3 months for concerts and there is not a bad seat. Sound is great and you become closer and intimate with the performances.
