The Landings are always dear to my heart for their beautiful Christmas holiday decorations and events. But their overall quality and variety of restaurants and stores appears to keep dwindling. The one thing that I was incredibly impressed with was the Jacksonville Welcome Center located inside the mall section of the Landings. They offered a very extensive variety of pamphlets... More

Great placwe for a stroll by the waterfront. The Irish restaurant was great food and entertainment on the patio. Several other restaurants and somew shopping...but lots of closed stores and a "feeling" the place has seen better days.

Poor Jacksonville Landing. It's one of those places that was probably a thriving area at one time, but has apparently fallen out of favor. Not much going on there, unfortunately, because it has the space and location to be a really fun place (we were there only during the daytime). It is located right next to the water, has an... More

My family and I visited Jacksonville Landing to buy some drinks after visiting the Friendship Fountain. What we found was a barely-open, dated, and dirty "shopping" area. Signs placed by the owners of closed shops even alluded to the fact that shady activities occur there. The only reason why it didn't receive one star is because the people we did... More

Interesting event for new entrepreneurs. There were many different types of business ventures, as well as vendors of other types.

This place is terrible. It really and truly is. There are not other words to describe it. No atmosphere, dirty, cheap.

I arrived at this place and noticed that there are several shops to venture into. I stopped into the Visitor Center to pick up a map and gather more information about the Landing. It is my understanding that boat rides are offered nearby on the River. The view looking out toward the river was nice, nothing special. It just okay,... More

This is always a great place for holiday events . We went for July 4th party and it was awesome. Lots of places to choose from to eat and shop. Great entertainment too!

We got there around dusk on Thurs. evening. Parked only 2 blocks away; scary looking people on the streets, NO police presence. Entered the mall, it consisted of gated, closed stores, and smelled bad. The restroom was DISGUSTING. Two older-ish women, alone without a firearm, surrounded by thug-looking folks. We left in a hurry!

At the Jacksonville Landing, there is something for everyone. Every time I go, there's usually a new restaurant. I love being able to sit outside and look at the beautiful St.Johns river view. I strongly recommend! There are bars, so a family with very young (0-3years old) children most likely wouldn't like the area. Just an educated guess! I recommend... More
