I had not been to Jacksonville Landing in 14 years. It was very disappointing. I went on a Friday night and there was hardly anyone there. Most of the restaurants are chains with no atmosphere. More

Plenty of places to eat ans drink but the inside oof the landing where the shops are is really dirty and half the stores are closed down! More

This place is an embarrassment for anyone who has ever had someone from out-of-town who wanted to visit a downtown nightspot. Nothing here that appeals to college-educated European types. Florida Georgia Game is its peak time The restaurants are good but it just has no atmosphere, entertainment that appeals to baby-boomers. More

If you want mediocre restaurants, retail stores, and a food court with no name franchises, this is the place. The only time we visit is when they have a known band play in the courtyard area. Other than that, run! More

This is one of the coolest places in Jacksonville that isn't really "Happening." I estimate that more half of the retail spaces in this riverside mall are unoccupied.
