A truly unique campground on Florida's historic first coast

Best beach in Jacksonville. You can drive to the spot you want and enjoy the beach or picnicing or camping. The entrance fee is nominal and location is convenient while making you feel as if you are well away from the city.

I spent Christmas Eve on this beach. I had a lovely time with my family. We played all day, taking pictures, chasing each other, people watching, jumping in the water - it was a great day! This was probably one of the best beaches I've been to. You drive your vehicle on the beach, park it, get out and jump... More

We had the campground pretty much to ourselves the one night we stayed here, and we had an amazing time exploring the beaches after dark. The sunset over St. John's River was spectacular, as was the sunrise over the Atlantic. If you are looking for a quiet night's sleep, though, this is not the place you want to stay. The... More

I went to visit friends that were camping in this park. I will never visit or recommend anyone to camp in this place. The people we went to visit had paid for two campsites and reserved a pass for us to get in. The gentleman (indian background) in the gate didn't want to give us a pass eventhough our friends... I have been going here since I could first drive. It is my favorite beach and I'm usually there at least once a week, more if I'm off.

You don't have to go all the way down to Daytona to drive on a beach. Nice kept park with beach, and camping. Drive right up to the ocean, park set up your canopy and grill. Stay the day enjoy the surf. Crap a surf board or just watch and enjoy. Cheap to enter for the day. Really busy on... More

This is a quaint park in Jacksonville that is perfect for its scenery and serenity, a quiet place to escape it all and just meander

Load up the cooler the car and head to the beach. Huguenot is one of the few beaches left in and around the Jacksonville area that allows you to drive and park on the beach. For a small fee you can gain access to the park. Get there early because it fills up fast. You have access to the ocean... More
