Four of us took the morning tour in May 2009 while there for the weekend of Fernandina Beach Shrimp Festival. Maren & Greg are so warm and friendly, great teachers and it was a snap to learn how to ride the Segway. Off we went on a beautiful nature trail with both our hosts giving us information on plants, trees... more

This would have been an informative tour without the Segways, but it wouldn't have been near as FUN. We read about the tour on TripAdvisor prior to our trip to Jacksonville Beach and thought that it was too good to pass up. My wife and I were a little worried about tearing our 18 year old son away from the... more

My husband, our 15 year old son, his friend, and I took this segway trip on a whim. We all thought it was awesome (and it is no small feat to impress 15 year old boys). I only wish we'd allowed more time to explore the island. We'll definately do this again the next time we visit the Jacksonville area.... more

Yeah you've ridden scooters in Key West and hiked the hidden trails of Florida's great state parks, but this is something completely new. My wife and I's interests were peaked at first, just by the thought of getting to try out a segway for ourselves. This however turned out to be so much more. These special segways were made for... more

This is a definite "do not miss", especially if you've never ridden a Segway. Greg and Maren are totally knowledgable about Ft. George Island, and comprehensive and patient when showing you how to ride a Segway. Definitely worth the money! more

The tour around Fort George Island that my wife, another couple, and I took last weekend on Segways was the best part of our trip to Amelia Island. We had always wondered if a Segway was hard to ride and found it to be very easy and enjoyable. Maren and Greg Arnett did a fine job teaching us how to... more

I took my wife and two other friends for the Segway tour on Fort George Island. My wife and the other female were all set to not ride and just sit and read their books. Upon arrival at the meeting place,Maren Arnett made them feel comfortable enough to give it a try. They loved it! You will also meet Greg Arnett who... more

In a beautiful setting on Fort George Island, Maren and Gregg gave us a full and easy- to- follow training session on the Segways before taking us on a delightful nature trail that led down to the water. We were all wired for sound so that Greg was able to tell us all about the wildlife, plants & trees that... more
