Dining at Bocuse, at the CIA, is a fabulous dining experience! If you want to eat, you can go anywhere. If you want a beautiful lunch or dinner with an amazing presentation of delicious food, expert service in a beautiful dining room where you can relax and enjoy every aspect of a fine dining experience.....go to Bocuse!

I am not commenting on the CIA in general, but the Caterina de Medici restaurant in particular. I live in the area and have been to the various CIA restaurants for lunch and dinner many, many times over the years. Wonderful lunch at Boscue! The meals we had were beautifully prepared and served. Some favs- pate, scallops, monkfish stew and goat cheese cheesecake! Our waiter was helpful and attentive. The grounds were beautiful, despite the snow! Will definitely return.

Just completed 4-day Bistro Boot Camp that was offered as a continuing education program. A great experience for the food enthusiast. They offer 1-5 day courses and I will definitely be back for more. The instructor, a master chef, and the opportunity to learn in a professional kitchen were fantastic!

We went on a 10am Monday tour. It was such a great experience. I highly recommend this tour. They broke us out into 4 smaller tours with each smaller group being led by a current student.
