My son and I did the Grand Tour and had a great time. The staff and the guide were friendly and professional. I even had a small problem with my bike ( good bikes, it was just a fluke) and they were there with a replacement within five minutes. I would reccomend this tour to anyone and it was great... More

I really enjoyed doing the tour via a bike. I brought my own, so I was able to save $5, but my husband used their bike. It was a really fun way to see the battlefield, especially for someone like me who is such a tactile learner. We road all around got truly personal service. It was not only a... More

We took an afternoon bike tour with Bob Steenstra, a registered tour guide and owner of this place. It was fantastic. Bob is a "biking" encyclopedia of the Battle of Gettysburg; I don't think there is a question that he can't answer. He also knows how to pace the ride for everyone, regardless of biking ability. We rented their bikes,... More

We hoped to get an up close and personal tour of the Gettysburg battlefield and Gettysburg Bike Tours did just that. Being out in nature, not enclosed in a bus, was perfect for our family. We have three children ages 13, 11 and 10. My youngest has asthma so I booked a tandem bike for the two of us. They... More

Our afternoon with GettysBikes was a fantastic experience. We got to see a much larger area than we could on foot, but still experience the terrain and understand how it influenced the battle as we couldn't in a car. And the guides were outstanding - very knowledgable and interesting. The staff was all wonderful, and went above and beyond to... More

Bruce was an excellent tour guide. Great story teller and clearly loves the topic of the Battle of Gettysburg. The ride was easy most of the time, but two challenging hills. Was a beautiful day to ride bikes. We brought our own bikes, but our friends used the rentals and they were really good bikes. Would definitely do this again!!!... More

Took an awesome three hour Gettysburg battlefield history bike tour with family and friends on Memorial Day weekend. We did not have to bring bikes, instead we rented well working bikes at Gettysbike Tours. Staff were FRIENDLY and helpful both when making reservations and when we arrived. Our guide, Bruce was interesting and exciting. He told us stories about soldiers... More

This past weekend we drove up to Gettysburg to experience a tour of the battlefield with an experienced guide on our bicycles. The experience was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted by the daughter of the local owner of the tour and rental company Kelly Steenstra who had us fully prepared via the several emails we exchanged prior... More

We had a fantastic biketour "Grand Tour" of Gettysburg. Kelly, our host, was very nice and delivered us very good bikes. We were in a small group of six. Jim was our guide, and what a source of information he was. Very enthousiastic he told us details about those days back 150 years ago. The bikeride was nice and not... More

Overall, the bike Grand Bike Tour (4 hour tour) was good but I was disappointed with some parts of it. The guide was really knowledgeable about the battle but was asked a question by one older lady who had a great grandfather who died in the battle. The guide went on for about 15-20 minutes about what he thought might... More
