This was the best way to experience the Battle of Gettysburg. After seeing the film at the visitor center and experiencing the Cyclorama, the bike tour gave you a sense of what went on during the three day battle. You get to understand why and where things happened. You also understand what the various(over 1000) monuments mean and why they... More

This is THE way to tour the battlefield. Bruce, our guide, is very knowledgeable about the town and the battle. Great way to see the battlefield. Will definitely do this again when we return.

This has got to be THE best way to tour the battlefields, weather permitting. Guides are National Parks certified and give a thorough road safety rundown at the outset. Bikes are comfortable lightweight 21-gear Trek hybrids. There are smaller bikes for kids. Helmets included. Bring a bottle or borrow a washed one. There are one or two bottle cages on... More

It is the best way to see the battlefields. You get your exercise in, too! The biggest hill is up Little Round Top. You won't be frowned upon if you have to walk your bike up the hill. For those of us who pedaled all the way up, we got to take in the awesome scenery waiting for the rest... More

Our tour was terrific. Bob, our tour guide was a passionate history buff and kept all of us engaged. From my history nerd husband to my history averse grandson of 12, he made the bike tour fun and personal. We all learned a lot more and the biking made it even more fun. Bob and Kelly worked with our schedule,... More

My husband and I took the 2-5pm Yanks tour with Bob. Fair warning for this time of year is the heat and mix of gradual inclines and steep (but short) ascents. If you do not exercise at all I would recommend bus tours with air conditioning! If you are ok with sweating a bit I highly recommend this tour. Bob... More

My 12 year old and I took the Grand Tour with Bob on 7/17. Bob entertained us with stories of the battle. He provided lots of detail and really helped us understand the battle. He provided personal stories about soldiers and made us feel the impact of this historic important event in history. This is an interactive and up close... More

My Wife and I found this place our first day in Gettysburg as we were looking for the best way to see the whole battlefield. It is located on the left as you drive in, and better than getting on a bus where you are rushed in and out with a large group of people. We did the grand tour,... More

Having been a little disappointed by the bus tour I was really looking forward to the 4h Grand Tour. With one guide (who knew absolutely everything about the battles, the involved parties/persons and the Civil War in general) and 2 other attendees (a very nice and lovely couple from Canada) the tour even lasted for about 5h. Even though the... More

We took the Yanks tour, our guide was Bruce. He was very patient with the kids. Got them engaged, but also explained a lot of the history. Pretty hot day, so we took our time. Bikes (Trek) were in good condition. Overall a great way to see the battlefields, especially with a knowledgeable guide.
