Bear Country closed in December for "renovation" and reopened on May 10th. About 1/3 of the bear displays are gone. I have been to Boyds 4 times in the past and today 5/29/08 was my fifth time. I was very disappointed. They have downsized how many bears they have and brought in other brand's products. Yes, bears galore, stunning facility, but beyond the buying experience, customer service is atrocious.
