My husband and I took the Author's Tour. Johlene Riley was very entertaining and informative. The historical facts provided were details that weren't taught in history class. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only complaints we had were that the size of the group was too large, and we went during bike week so at times it was hard to hear... More

Recently, I came up to Gettysburg for a ghost tour on a Friday night at 10 pm. I had been doubtful of the existence of spirits, but that changed that night. My tour guide was a young man by the name of Dustin. He was dressed as a Union soldier and looked very authentic. He started the tour with a... More

My grandson (14) and I had a very good time. It was an easy walk, and very thorough in description and details. (I could have used a little more "spooky," for the fun of it, but the grandson was delighted.) We actually caught on camera what we think is a face in a window, which makes it worthwhile. Again, I... How do I say this without sounding really negative....this was terrible. My husband and 17 year old history buff son decided on this tour because they said they go Into to the cemetery . We started the tour in the alley next to the shop on Steinwehr Ave. the kid that was our tour guide told the group to stop... More

We did the Xtreme Ghost Hunt with "Night Monkey" or whatever his nickname was. He was funny and energetic, checked in with everyone frequently throughout the night, and explained all of the equipment very well. We all met at the store front, where we were brought back towards the parking lot to split away from the candle light tour groups.... More

Compared to other investigations I have been on i was disappointed.in this one The group was large and it was so spread out it was difficult to locate the guide if you had a question or equipment problem. Also the guide decided to have an evp session in the attic and did not tell the group that was downstairs. We... More

I took the Battle Cry tour and had a great time. My tour guide Ginger was both informative and entertaining. And though the tour was a large group, Ginger was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The staff there is great and I recommend Gettysburg Ghost Tours to my family and friends. Thankfully, this was one of the BOGO offers so it was half price for us, but what a terrible tour. I wouldn't call it a ghost tour, as their were very few minutes spent on ghost stories, but a lot of ill-rehearsed history lessons about Gettysburg, Lincoln, Coca-Cola (yeah...Coca Cola history in a Gettysburg Ghost Tour), etc. The young man... So I did another ghost investigation on 7/18 with Gettysburg Ghost Tours. These guys are the best legit investigation going in G-burg. Our lead investigator was Brian, who is fantastic. He took us to two locations, both of which we got some good evidence and which I can't wait to get our DVD of evidence back. If you want the... More

I am so disappointed with another ghost tour that allowed for me to take the wrong tour instead of speaking up and telling me I was not at Gettysburg Ghost Tours. However, the customer service that I received with Gettysburg Ghost Tours allows for me to give them high points! I didn't ask for a refund or for anything in... More

Yes, unfortunately there a few tours near us that have misrepresented themselves and even gone so far as putting up signs and wording that resembles ours in order to poach business from us. WE are sorry that they did that to you! We very much appreciate your high compliments regarding our business though. It's a real shame that you ended... More
