We paid for the battlefield tour, went where we were told, boarded the bus & after it left the curb, found out we were on the wrong bus. The driver never looked at our tickets to notice we were on the wrong tour. Instead of the battlefield we wound up at the Eisenhower site. The tour there was nice but... More

Great way to get a feel for the battle and where the biggest skirmishes happened. It's about a 2 hour tour with a stop in the middle for a bathroom break (good thing!). The tour guide we had was great...seemed to know every single detail about the battle without even pausing.

Learned so much. The guides are so knowledgeable. Much better than the CD car tours on your own. Sit near the front of the bus so you can have one on one conversation with the guide and ask questions.

Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and congenial, and really made the Civil War history come alive! Highly recommend for any history buffs and a great place for children to learn.

Opened top bus although you can sit downstairs if you want. We had a guide. Some buses just have audio. We spent 50 minutes going around on part of the battlefield. Back to the centre for a ten minute break. There is a shop and toilets. Then out for another hour. Amazed to see the size of the site and... More

The Battlefield bus tour was AWESOME!!!!! Very comfortable ride, and very knowledgeable staff. This is a must see tour....it's the whole reason to go to Gettysburg. Also booked the museum, Cyclorama and film as a package deal, worth every penny.
