I was glad I took this tour with my family. The bus driver was awesome and the tour guide was phenomenal!! His knowledge of the battle was like no other. I highly advise to take this your if this is your first time at Gettysburg!

We went on the tour that was done by a tour guide. Bus was comfortable and tour was very informative. I would have liked to see more but time was short and husband has difficulty walking.

Battlefield tour guide was excellent. She was very informative and threw in some humor! The two hour trip is well worth the time to hear the history of the battle.

My boyfriend and I took the 10am tour and we had a phenomenal guide. Her name was Christina and she was so well educated about the 3 days of battle. I learned so much and we got to see a lot. The bus only stops at Little Round top, but there are plenty of opportunities to take photos. This is... More

I loved this tour! Our tour guide and the bus driver were knowledgeable, friendly and funny! It was awesome to see where the Confederates were positioned on the hillside, the many monuments erected in the battlefields, just everything! Great price, too-$30 for a 2 hour bus tour :)

We only had a short period of time in Gettysburg on our way from Washington DC to Pittsburgh and arrived at the Visitor centre with only enough time to do the Bus tour so we paid and rushed to get the last possible bus we could and boy were we glad we did. Like most folks we had hard of... More

My family and I did the double decker bus tour. Word of advice - take a jacket! lol The tour lasted about two hours, and it was incredibly informative. I must admit, I couldn't take everything in the guide was saying to us over the headphones....it's a lot of information in such a short time period. But if you're into... More

Great tour would thoroughly recommended this tour over using your own car..open top is best but cold scenery is beautiful and monuments are easier to view . Great narrative by the guide. Not too be missed.

Our family took the 10:00 Double Decker Gettysburg Battlefield Bus Tour. It was still pretty cool (about 58 sunny degrees) on the top deck of the tour bus so a sweatshirt or jacket was definitely called for. Comfortable headphones are attached to the seats to help hear the very knowledgeable tour guide on the moving bus(they also kept my ears... More

It's addictive - I now have an extensive library of the accounts of the Gettysburg battle and have returned a dozen times. When you think that the entire Vietnam War claimed some 55,000 lives and compare it to the 54,000 casualties at Gettysburg, you get an idea of how dedicated each side was to their cause. Informative tour but don't... More
