Segway tours of the Gettysburg battlefield. Experience the history and enjoy the ride! The Segway Personal Transporter(tm) is environmentally-friendly, self-balancing, extremely easy to operate, and lots of fun! You’ll be an expert after 10 minutes of free training. We don’t just visit the battlefield sites. All tours are directed by a Licensed Battlefield Guide (recorded or in person) who will dramatically recount the events of the battle, the military blunders, and the heroic defenses that characterize this pivotal battle. If you aren't interested in the history, we also offer escorted Segway rides. Or try our new indoor Segway obstacle course!

What a great way to see the Gettysburg battlefield! We took both the 3 hour and the 1.5 hour tours and we had a great time even though we did get rained on, on the 1.5 hour tour. We had hoped for a live licensed guide but the recorded tour was given by a licensed guide and it was good... More

This was a 3 hour audio tour of the battlefields of Gettysburg with a guide for the Segways. We stopped several places to overlook some of the battle grounds. At most stops there was also a Civil War licensed guide there tour be able to ask questions. The Segway company gave a short film first along with 30 minutes practice... More

Our whole family loved this tour! First they train you on how to use the Segway and make sure you are comfortable with all of the things you may have to do on the ride (turning, stopping, going uphill, downhill, over bumps, etc). They really take their time and have you practice as much as you need. All of the... More

We would definitely do this again and were a little sad when the tour ended, it was so much fun. The instructors give you a segway with a horse name, it makes it easy to remember which segway is yours. After an obstacle course lesson and practicing you head out for the tour. The instructors don't rush you and wait... More

We took the Western tour. Training was simple, professional, and thorough. The experience of touring Gettysburg on a Segway just cannot be beat. They're very easy to ride and it becomes second nature within five minutes of the outdoor tour. We hit all of the important landmarks and had a wonderful licensed battle guide (thanks, Les!). Our children are 18... More

We decided to try this for the first time ever and we had a blast. Aaron was our tour guide and he was very good, patient, and kept us interested in all the aspects of the tour. We took the 3 hour tour which covered approx. 9 miles. We used headsets and could hear very well not only Aaron but... More

The staff at Segtours were caring, friendly, safe, and knowledgeable. Our guide, Meghan in particular did an excellent job making sure everyone was comfortable. Being an uncoordinated clumsy person, I had a difficult time focusing on any of the information on the audio tour because I was so concerned with riding the Segway. It's not hard, I just wish I...
