Segway tours of the Gettysburg battlefield. Experience the history and enjoy the ride! The Segway Personal Transporter(tm) is environmentally-friendly, self-balancing, extremely easy to operate, and lots of fun! You'll be an expert after 10 minutes of free training. We don't just visit the battlefield sites. All tours are directed by a Licensed Battlefield Guide (recorded or in person) who will dramatically recount the events of the battle, the military blunders, and the heroic defenses that characterize this pivotal battle. If you aren't interested in the history, we also offer escorted Segway rides. Or try our indoor Segway obstacle course!

I can't write a better review than Brian G, who apparently was our compatriot on our ride along the battle lines at Gettysburg on Dec 27th. We also wrote an email hoping for a Segway Tour on a balmy December day. We are so happy the weather held out. My son and I had never been on a Segway before,... More

We lucked upon the weather...70 degrees on a Sunday in late December...in Gettysburg? We perchanced an email to the normally winter recessed Segway Tours...any chance you might run a tour on a spring day in December? They didn't promise but would watch the weather...if promises were reality they would go ahead...it was and we couldn't be happier! I have been... More

We visited with friends who had taken this tour on a couple of other visits to Gettysburg. Honestly, we may not have done this on our own because the idea of riding a Segway was somewhat intimidating. If you are intimidated by learning to ride a Segway, don't be. You will be good to go after about 30 minutes of... More

We were in a group of 3 with Bob as our trainer and guide. The segway takes some getting used to but shortly we were pros on the training course. Then he says lets go out on the road! What? Yeah, not sidewalks, the road! It was exciting to say the least and the drivers in Gettysburg are used to... More

We went on the short tour but really should have went on the long. Bob our guide was great. Loved it!!! I thought my wife would have trouble driving the things but they are awesome teachers and with in minutes she was segwaying her way across the training course! They take pictures on your trip and post them for you... More

My son and I took this Segway tour of the battlefields. It was a beautiful fall day to travel by Segway. Bob, our tour guide, was excellent and attentive to everyone's needs. The audio history tour was well prepared and gave a detailed explanation of the battles. The combination of history lesson and nature made for a memorable experience. Taking... More

Bob and Kathy did a great job! We do these Segway tours all over when traveling and a few have stood out as really good. This is one of them. You can tell they take great pride in the tour and their customers. You guys are a true asset to Gettysburg.

We had a great time on our Segway tour of Gettysburg! The folks at SegTours of Gettysburg were top notch and professional and had us feeling cool and confident as we left the building for our tour. I would highly recommend taking this tour when visiting Gettysburg! Thanks to Bob and Cathy!

My wife and I were in Gettysburg for the weekend. We decided to try a Segway tour on Saturday Oct. 31,2015. We have never been on Segways before. The staff was great on providing training. Garry and Meghan had us practice basic skills on the inside course and we were ready to ride. We took the western Battlefield tour with... More
