Online sales are handled by Ticketmaster and you don't get very detailed info on seats. I purchased two tickets which were on the outside and ended up being partially obstructed view with no discount. i NEVER would have purchased partially obstructed view seats. So be careful. Great venue. Near downtown Philly parking is a bit of a ripoff. They have... More

Venue is clean. Toilet facilities are large and clean. Weather cooperated with a gentle breeze and beautiful view of the city. But Audio quality was terrible in the Circle seating. Could not hear any words either sung or spoken. Sound was muddy for both acts severely diminishing the great quality of the performers. The speakers looked ancient. When leaving, the... More

Recently after a visit to the Mann Center, a friend from NYC observed, "We have nothing like it." Indeed a visit to the Mann, a taste of country within City limits & easily accessible via public transportation, is always a treat & even can be magical, as was our recent experience when the renowned Philadelphia Orchestra presented a dazzling night... We continue to enjoy a night out at the Mann Center as often as we can. Our most recent visit was last week to see The Piano Guys. The entertainment was awesome and we love the Mann Center. You are under a roof should it rain yet many patrons enjoy sitting on the grass and enjoying a concert under the... More

The Mann Center, located in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, is a beautiful location for attending a musical event. The view of center city after dark is fabulous, the facility is for the most part under cover, and the food was actually good. I am definitely planning to go back.

Came to see Diana Krall with the Philadelphia Orchestra. We couldn't have been more pleased. I've read many of the other reviews and all I can say is, the people complaining must not go to concerts much?? This is an outdoor concert venue. You know that going in. Rain or shine the show must go on, be prepared. We were... More

Many good reviews appear below. I appreciated the review that is titled: "Great place for great music"...read that review for helpful information. I want to add that all the ushers were really nice. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If your evening concert has an intermission, I would suggest that you go up to the highpoint right alongside the lawnseats.... More

We went to a weeknight performance. we arrived an hour early, however there were no paved parking spots left. The facility has approximately 20 paved parking spots level with the entrance gates. We were directed to park in a grassy area below Gold Parking and down a steep ramp from the entrance. The attendant made us park closer to another... More

First, take back routes into the city. This is located in Fairmount Park. Once you get there, you could park in the neighborhood across the way to avoid parking on the grass/mud for $20. Line starts moving at 6pm. The "plaza" has bathrooms at either end, bars (get a wristband from guys near the door after showing ID), food and... More
