My wife is from Philadelphia and I am from the Burbs. So, when our out of town guest wanted to take a double decker bus ride around town, we were not thrilled. We did take the ride and what a fun and informative time it turned out to be. The tour guide was funny and informative and the tour was... More

I've traveled extensively and have been on several "city tours" but none as good as this one. Even before getting on the bus for the tour the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Riding atop a double decker bus brought be back to my trips to London. Seeing the city from the open air top makes for amazing, unobstructed views.... More

WE just returned from a visit and this bus and the people who work there were awesome! Both the drivers and the guides were Great!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars because when going to the zoo they make you transfer onto a trolley that drops you off across from the zoo on one of the biggest intersections... More

Clark was our tour guide and was just what you hope for; informative, factual, humorous. I might add that walking gets you places that buses and cars will not. So the combination of the skill and expertise of Clark and the ability to see things you will not see by motorized conveyance makes it a slam dunk. It is the... More

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS TOUR UNLESS SOMEONE OTHER THAN GINGER IS CONDUCTING THE TOUR. She was very lazy and uninformative. We took the tour on Thursday, September 18'th. For the entire trip, all she did was sit on the seat and read her book. She did not give any narrative about any of the sites we passed. I was... More

We took this tour spur of the moment after spending the day and having some left over time. The city is so different looking at night. We had a blast,Dan the guide was groovy but a lot of fun.

This summer my husband and I took the PHILLY TROLLEY BUS TOUR, of this historic city, where we both grew up.Wow, what a great time! A very exciting experience atop a beautiful , well kept double decker bus. An experienced driver and knowledgeable guide, made for a super afternoon. Gotta go back w/some grandkids. Janice

The dedication of the tour guides were commendable. It rained heavily in one of the days we visited and the guide braved the rain to give us a commentary on the tour. Kudos to her dedication!

We enjoyed this tour a lot. Our guide was Steve, who was funny and basically informative. We would've appreciated more historical information in his commentary, however. Beware of low hanging branches on the upper deck! I recommend buying the one-day pass only. We bought the two-day pass, thinking that it would be a great way to get around to the... More
