This was a great way to see the historical sites around Independence Park. We enjoyed hearing the historical facts while taking in the sites. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole family loved the carriage ride.

We had our work Christmas party on December 19th, we hire 76 Carriage Company to give rides around the neighborhood, our carriage driver Melissa was pleasant and professional, the horse was so well behaved, they were on time and truly added that special touch to our party! Absolutely Wonderful!

Loved touring the old city of Philly by horse and carriage. Our horse, Brutus, added to the charm and ambience of the ride. He was a huge black horse that had attitude and thought for himself. Our tour guide was hysterical. She felt like a new friend you would want to share a beer with. She told us little "unknown"... More

Recently took the 1/2 hr. carriage ride with my wife, " My Princess". What a wonderful way to spend quality time w/ the one you love, see the sights, and learn some history. It was worth every penny. Yes, I recommend this.

We took a quick 20 minute tour just because that's all of the time we had. The tour guide was full of information about tons of Philly history. I am not big into that kind of stuff but I really did enjoy it and wish we could've had a longer tour. I think we paid $30 or $35 for the... More

It was a hot hot day so we called and scheduled a 7:00pm tour to get out of the heat of the day. Our Driver was John and our horse power was Bill. It was a fantastic tour. Some of the history was repeated from earlier in the day on our bus tour, but we learned a lot of new... More

I would emphatically advise anyone from relying on this company. I had booked a carriage ride for my proposal with a representative named Eleanor. Initially, she seemed really excited to be a part of it and sold her company's services professionally. However, that was short-lived. 48 hours before my big day, I realized it was going to be freezing on... More

We had a November tour with John, and Billy the horse. We bought the one hour tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great way to see the city and get away from the crowds on the street.

My wife and I recently spent a Saturday with our young grand daughters in Philadelphia. We rode the train into the city from New Jersey. We decided to try the carriage tour as my oldest grand daughter loves animals. We took a tour for twenty minutes and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The drver was very nice and informative about the sites... More
