My husband and I took two of our granddaughters, ages 9 and 6, on the Spirit of Philadelphia the middle of July for a lunch cruise, something they have never experienced and had a blast. They enjoyed going outside on their "cruise", and we all enjoyed our server, Melissa. She hooked them up with their "Shirley Temples" with blinking cups... More

Sunday brunch cruise. The food was not very good and the beverage service was very slow. The ladies room was being used as a dressing room for 4 women. There was not enough room for them, their clothes/accessories and anyone needing to use the facilities.

Went on the Spirit of Philadelphia brunch cruise to celebrate my son's birthday. Have never done this before and I was very impressed with the neatness of the boat, professional and friendly staff. Loved the views and there really isn't a need to spend the extra money for a guaranteed window seat--all the tables have a great view. The 2-hour... More

We had been on the spirit of Philadelphia several years ago and talked for a while about going back... Some evening dinner cruises are $73.90 as a base price..... The price levels are crazy for what you actually get- mediocre food and mediocre entertainment. Parking in that lot is also really expensive.

I really enjoyed the cruise and thought my waiter was great. The drink onboard are really expensive. Luckily i paid 50 bucks for and all you can drink package and got my moneys worth out of it. The cruise was about 3 hours and I wish it was a little bit longer.

I took my daughter on the Spirit of Philadelphia Lunch Cruise for her birthday and she said the ship's food was the worst part of her birthday celebration. The crusted salmon was tasteless and the chicken meatballs were overwhelmed with herbs, tasted like hospital food. I ended up being sick from the food later that afternoon. Also, I was supposed... We had looked forward to having a nice meal and enjoying the view from the river. This was the first and probably only time we will visit Philadelphia, so we wanted to see the sights. We went on the Sunday brunch cruise. Boarding was at 1130, but they didn't begin to serve the food until after 12:00. I'm sorry, but... More

The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The buffet was excellent. Our food was hot and tasteful. The beef madillions were my favorite. Well seasoned and cut very thin. The ENTIRE staff was very attentive. The cruise seemed to go by extremely fast. I didn't want to disembark the boat. I just wish the photo package was a little cheaper.

Music was good, but a bit loud. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was cold or lukewarm, and relied heavily on Sam's Club - at least that's what it seemed. Packaged mini muffins, plain/powered sugar doughnuts, french toast sticks. Thin sliced pork was actually cold, and dry. Oily bacon, questionable chicken meatballs. Who enjoys cold scrambled eggs? They didn't even... More

They do cruises through out the day, but I decided to take their 4th of July fireworks dinner cruise. Depart 7:30, dock 10:30. The food was varied and excellent. The dining rooms have big windows so there are no bad views. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had unobstructed views of the fireworks from the top deck. The food... More
