A lovely day for a boat ride. Today was special because it would have been my mothers 96th birthday. I love to be near the water and I love good food/ The brunch and sail of the day was a perfect way to celebrate her memory and birthday. It was a very entertaining and enjoyable day well spent on the... More

We've been on the Spirit of Phila a couple of times and enjoyed good buffet food and pleasant servers. However, once the DJ pumps up his music, forget about it. You may have trouble talking with the person next to you. I've complained to the manager and other employees, but nothing was done about it. I believe we're not the... More

When I found out that we were to attend a dinner cruise (guests of a trade show), I was skeptical. I was certain we would be served rubber chicken. This is not the case. The food was quite good. The salad was great. There were many dishes to pick from. I didn't like the chicken meatball but others loved it.... More

We took an evening cruise hosted by our employer as an end-of-summer celebration. Though we live here and have known about the Spirit for decades, we've never thought of doing the cruise and went to this dinner thinking we'd tough it out and never have to do it again. BUT we were pleasantly surprised by many good things: * Uniformly... More

This place can be a little hard to find. I didn't see any signs on the street for the Spirit of Philadelphia (SOP) maybe I missed it. I did see signs advertising the other establishments in the lot. If you look hard though you can see Spirit of Philadelphia written on the boat, which I saw the second time around.... More

My husband and I took two of our granddaughters, ages 9 and 6, on the Spirit of Philadelphia the middle of July for a lunch cruise, something they have never experienced and had a blast. They enjoyed going outside on their "cruise", and we all enjoyed our server, Melissa. She hooked them up with their "Shirley Temples" with blinking cups... More

Sunday brunch cruise. The food was not very good and the beverage service was very slow. The ladies room was being used as a dressing room for 4 women. There was not enough room for them, their clothes/accessories and anyone needing to use the facilities.

Went on the Spirit of Philadelphia brunch cruise to celebrate my son's birthday. Have never done this before and I was very impressed with the neatness of the boat, professional and friendly staff. Loved the views and there really isn't a need to spend the extra money for a guaranteed window seat--all the tables have a great view. The 2-hour... More

We had been on the spirit of Philadelphia several years ago and talked for a while about going back... Some evening dinner cruises are $73.90 as a base price..... The price levels are crazy for what you actually get- mediocre food and mediocre entertainment. Parking in that lot is also really expensive.

I really enjoyed the cruise and thought my waiter was great. The drink onboard are really expensive. Luckily i paid 50 bucks for and all you can drink package and got my moneys worth out of it. The cruise was about 3 hours and I wish it was a little bit longer.
