Just the right amount of scary for a 10 year old. Unfortunately mine stayed home this weekend because I'm here on business. I paid $17 online for a ticket...tour leaves Signer's Park at 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Another review let me know I'd need to be early because they can't read the electronic voucher. To get the paper ticket... More

The good thing is that it wasn't too scary because I had young ones with me. The bad thing is that it wasn't too scary and I got a tiny bit bored. Mike, our tour guide was really great. He kept it light and fun. My 7 year old son will. Never forget it. I would say this is an... More

I will be fair with this review even though I have taken it twice before. We all met at the usual place-5th & Chestnut street at the Signer's statue. This time I took advantage of the online ticket purchase and couple dollars off, which was a minor mistake as you only receive a paid receipt the tour guides do not... More

We read the reviews for all companies. Were hesitant to go with Ghosts Tours of Philadelphia based upon the reveiws on trip advisor. Tried to book with Spirits of '76 Ghost Tour and was put on hold for so long, I hung up. I called Ghost Tour of Philadelphia someone answeredimmediately, received $3.00 each ticket. Lisa was our tour guide... More

Enjoyed the tour but our tour guide used ummmm as every other word. We walked all over the historical side of the city hearing amazing stories that make you wonder..... Do love hearing the "other" side of history!

We met the tour guide in Signers Garden. The large group was split and we joined the tour led by a man. We walked for long periods without any stops or commentary. The guide himself just told the ghost stories and we were bored. The toured ended at the City Tavern in the dark with very vague directions on where... More

It was more like a great walk at night in the company of not-so-friendly people and a tour guide that needed to polish her story telling skills. We started at a park where numerous 'spirit' mosquitoes unfortunately were devouring C! I guess they were not interested in me since I didn't feel them at all. Then C felt a rat... More

I love ghost tours and look forward to finding them where ever I travel. I am aware of the fact that for the most part they are for entertainment and not true paranormal investigations. However, if you advertise ghost hunting as part of the lure, then at least attempt a little hunting. The tour guide Ginger was very pleasant but... More

This was the second time we have taken this tour. The first time was amazing, but I really think it all depends on your guide. Our guide this time spend more time telling bad jokes than history and the ghost stories were few and far between. We will go with a different service next time.

I typically love ghost tours and try to find one in almost every city I visit. This tour was not worth it even if it were free. Their website says spaces are limited, but that certainly did not seem to be the case. There were 37 people in our group which I felt was too large of a group for... More
