Yes worth a look even if you aren't buying. The central atrium is a magnificent structure housing a huge organ which may be played if you are lucky to be there at the right time. Amazing sound.

Beautiful historic building in the shadow Philadelphia's City Hall houses this mid-scale department store. Make sure you look for coupons in the local paper (many of the papers are free) for additional savings.

This Macy's is a throwback to the large department store of the past. Located in the heart of Center City its worth a stop to see the Organ and do a little shopping.

A very large macy's store. Selection is really large. Can be crowded during those 10$ off $25 promos. But they always take that in mind and I never had a problem using that coupon a little after that:) i like different displays on the first floor. And assistants are always nice and polite.

Just for the building it is in, it gets 4 stars. The center hall is great. I enjoyed the organist playing and most people stopped shopping to take in the music. Like many Macy's the inventory and selection are pretty standard with every department represented.

Very good service, bought some lovely things for my granddaughter. Beautiful eagle statue on floor level. If you don't go into buy worth going in just to see the statue

The architecture is wonderful and worth a visit. Make sure to get into the Atrium and look up at this extraordinary building - then work your way to the center and look down and see the large Eagle which is a great place to meet people in Philadelphia.

Wonderful building with great external and internal architecture. Shame that the Macy's organisation does not do justice to it.
