Meh....not great AC or DE PARK is better

Ok at best. Parking is a mess and horrible. Bar service is decently priced and good. Hitting on machines barely happens. Not enough to keep you playing. If it's the only place... read more

I've been coming to Sugarhouse for sometime now, the location is convenient and that's about it! I go there to play the penny slots. They have 12 in nonsmoking and some against the wall in smoking section. It used to be kind of easy to get a machine, even though the pay out isn't terrific, you can win sometimes. Unfortunately,... Being a member of the Sugarhouse since it opened. I have seen staff belittle people. People say they are there hustling - selling cigarettes, food stamps and food comps. People blocking machines with a penny and holding them for friends. I have seen staff cheat for people on promotions. When you play a lot of money, you are suppose to... More

Went as a last minute trip on New Year's Eve. Staff and guests were friendly. We had a good time. The only downside was the atms would not work for most of the night and the employees were not able to help due to the machines being from a private company.

This casino is the worst. They have their security harassing people after losing 1000.00 they explained to my husband he couldn't rest his eye's while waiting for me to lose. I will never set foot in that place again. I'll go the Parx...where your treated like a customer. Go to Parx...where your treated like a winner.

We visit the day after Christmas , because we were visiting the area . The parking is horrible, we waiting 1 hour for someone to come out of the parking lot to get parking spot. I do not like waiting to park my car, once we got inside it was so crowd we had to wait at least two to... More
