Ok at best. Parking is a mess and horrible. Bar service is decently priced and good. Hitting on machines barely happens. Not enough to keep you playing. If it's the only place take it for what it is. Entertaining people to look at.

Being a member of the Sugarhouse since it opened. I have seen staff belittle people. People say they are there hustling - selling cigarettes, food stamps and food comps. People blocking machines with a penny and holding them for friends. I have seen staff cheat for people on promotions. When you play a lot of money, you are suppose to... More

We came...we saw..we left. Do yourself a big favor and head for the Sands Casino in Bethlehem. This was our first time here checking it out and its not the classy casino we are used to.The smoke alone will dri vvv e you out.

Went as a last minute trip on New Year's Eve. Staff and guests were friendly. We had a good time. The only downside was the atms would not work for most of the night and the employees were not able to help due to the machines being from a private company.

This casino is the worst. They have their security harassing people after losing 1000.00 they explained to my husband he couldn't rest his eye's while waiting for me to lose. I will never set foot in that place again. I'll go the Parx...where your treated like a customer. Go to Parx...where your treated like a winner.

We visit the day after Christmas , because we were visiting the area . The parking is horrible, we waiting 1 hour for someone to come out of the parking lot to get parking spot. I do not like waiting to park my car, once we got inside it was so crowd we had to wait at least two to... More

Spent an hour and a half outside waiting for their shuttle because we continued to receive wrong information from their employees. You would think they would want us inside gambling instead of out in the cold waiting for a shuttle that wasn't coming.

Sugarhouse has most of what casino enthusiasts would want; slots, table games, restaurants, entertainment, ect. Other local casino venues are better options: Delaware Track, Parks Casino, Harras, Valley Forge, ect. Parking is a hassle at Sugarhouse. I attended two events at Sugarhouse this year; the Halloween party in October and the War concert in June. There was no parking in... More

Clean, well managed. Easy to get to from downtown. Plenty of cab service. Fun to visit , just know when to fold em.
