Spent an hour and a half outside waiting for their shuttle because we continued to receive wrong information from their employees. You would think they would want us inside gambling instead of out in the cold waiting for a shuttle that wasn't coming.

Sugarhouse has most of what casino enthusiasts would want; slots, table games, restaurants, entertainment, ect. Other local casino venues are better options: Delaware Track, Parks Casino, Harras, Valley Forge, ect. Parking is a hassle at Sugarhouse. I attended two events at Sugarhouse this year; the Halloween party in October and the War concert in June. There was no parking in... More

Clean, well managed. Easy to get to from downtown. Plenty of cab service. Fun to visit , just know when to fold em.

I spent a full day visiting casinos in and around Philadelphia. Basically they are all the same. Large and smoky with poor pay schedules. All of this is true of SugarHouse. The additional problem with SugarHouse was the dearth of parking spaces. Granted, there was construction in the area which may have displace some of the space, but I felt... More

this place is garbage, way too smoky, the people that gambled there were the most low-class ghetto people I have seen in one place that is not the ghetto, lots of blacks (80%) so if you're prejudiced, don't go there, didn't feel unsafe, employees were nice, and it didn't seem too filthy, the air was horrible though, it wasn't too... I went during the day on a Saturday, and there were three craps tables in operation. Each had a $10 minimum and 5x odds, which is pretty good outside of Las Vegas. There was room at the tables and it was as good a place to play as anywhere in the northeast that I've tried. The players were about 1/2... More

We came to the Casino on our vacation to Philly for our one year anniversary. The best part...the Sugar Express Trolly driver! She was fun and energetic, funny and personable. She was the best part of the Sugar House Experience. The casino itself is HUGE...Slots everywhere...a few tables sprinkled in here and there. Wait staff was DREADFUL. We played for... More

Stopped here on a Sunday trying to avoid Philadelphia business traffic. This place is impossible to locate, the roads are all under construction and the signage nonexistant. Once you arrive at the casino there is no parking, they've got the building under construction and there's only one entrance open. Once you have overcome all the exterior problems you enter the... So if you like to gamble, I will certainly share with you this factoid.. Your "gambling" experience begins when you leave your car and start to walk towards the front door of the SugarHouse Casino. Will I make it inside alive? That's your first gamble and it's called "your life". Second is the one way thievery that takes place upon... More

I tried them out before and had a horrible time. The machines only took your money, didn't allow any of the bonus games. 500 lost. I just went again to see if they were doing better, same thing, lost 700, got only one bonus round and won 8.75. I am very serious about this...if you're going to play slots, try... More
