My kids and I were visiting their great aunt and decided on a walking tour of the historic parts of the city. I recommend bring a camera and of course wearing comfortable shoes. We lucked out as other people in our group cancelled so we had the wonderful Nina to ourselves! My boys have completely different personalities but Nina was... More

Spent the weekend in Philadelphia and these guys make the vacation fun. On Saturday, we did a Segway tour. We were a group of 9 and 8 of us were ambivalent about the whole thing. It wound up being an amazing experience. After a hilarious instructional video, Jake and Ben let us warm up indoors. After that, we had two... More

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time exploring Center City with the help of our tour guide, Trevor. He showed us around to three different venues and gave us a great history of the city. We learned a great deal about Philadelphia and its rich history. We also got to sample some great beers (and ciders) in some spots... More

Had a great time on their food tour of the city. Saw old markets and the interplay with the new food culture. Tour guide was knowledgable and engaging. I am not a native of the city but did the tour with someone who is. He had a great time and learned a lot as well. Thanks fora great time!

I went on a fantastic Historic HD Tour with Mary Anne on a wet Philly Day. I arrived late and was the only person for the tour, yet Mary Anne was willing to go out and answer all of my questions and give me a great tour of the city. I am not very knowledgeable of US History, and did... More

I had a wonderful Segway tour through the historic parts of Philly. Never having "segwayed" before, the training was excellent and prepared me for riding safely through the vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Barry was an excellent teacher, a safe guide and full of great knowledge about the historical and urban features of the city. I ended up LOVING the Segway... More

I did a two hour walking tour with Josh in August and he was fantastic. I have never met anyone so passionate about what they do and so interested in other people. He was the best guide I've ever had, there was not a question he could not answer and had such a positive vibe that clearly rubbed off on... More

Or tour guide Jason was great, not only was he knowledgeable, but he was very kind. My wife and I have been to the Italian market many, many times, but today we still managed to visit several places we have never been. If your looking for a way to dig a little bit deeper into the history of the Italian... More

I went on the History in HD walking tour and it was maybe one of the worst tours I've ever been on. I often find that these prepaid tours are not very good and the "free" model that is based on tips is better because the people have to work really hard to make the tour interesting, cohesive, and have... Thank you very much for your feedback. As you can imagine, we're somewhat shocked to see this review, as we haven't seen anything like it in the past. Josh has consistently received positive reviews for the last 5 years with Urban Adventures, so we're all a bit stunned to see this. That said, we take the review very seriously, and... More

We met at the Philly Tour Hub on Arch Street and went through some nearby sites on foot. Betsy Ross, Alleys, Independence Hall, Curtis Building, Christ Church... the sites were fine and sometimes off the beaten track. but I left feeling I didn't have the full sense of history or what made most of these sites fascinating. I think the... More

Thank you very much for your feedback of your tour, and we regret that your experience didn't meet your expectations.
