I've been diving at dutch springs, for the last 6 years , the staff are always helpful and they're adding a new scuba attraction soon . Its an awesome place to train new divers and show them the different types of dives they can be certified for.

I had heard about this place for quite some time. The Northeast Working Equipment Group (NEDEG), which dives the old equipment meets there every Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. As I was up in that area during last Labor Day, I decided to attend. Of course I will try and focus more on the facility, than on the specific... More

Unique place for people of all ages... many different things to do - we did spring lake and kayaking - all in all super fun day - you could spend the whole day easily so much to do. It's a little nutty with a lot of kids climbing all the floats in the water but there's a lot to choose... More

It's definitely not turquoise blue carib water, but if you need a diving fix and live within two hours of the NJ/PA border, this is your spot. Dutch Springs is a natural spring-filled quarry, complete with dropped-in chassis and vehicle bodies (including but not limited to a helicopter, a Hellcat fighter, school bus, and fire truck). There are a number... More

Being my first time at DS, I was looking forward to the hype of the great visibility compared to our local quarries. We arrived on Friday late afternoon and have to say the check in process was painful. The check procedures with their staff was confusing in my opinion a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. The staff was very friendly and... More

Always the best place for teaching students, clean, clear water and safe place for learning the basics of SCUBA diving. A lot of attractions for students to see and to maintain interest.

The visibility at Dutch Springs can be very hit and miss, some trips have been great others not so much. Overall, there is generally not much to look at underwater, unless you like exploring sunken vehicles. Personally, I would like to see more fish. But this is definitely the best place to dive in Pennsylvania.

We went to Dutch Springs for mini vacation with some friends. My wife does not dive and for her to have something to do while I dove was a great addition. She absolutely loved it! There are many children that utilize the park, however it is also adult friendly and plenty of room for all. When my dives were finished... More

You have to know what you are visiting before set your expectations too high or even too low. The water park is a place within a controlled environment where scuba divers play. The park is intended so divers can bring non diver friends and family. I am personally a diver and love every minute I spend in the actual water... More

Took my kids last summer summer and they had a blast. They couldn't wait to go again this summer. We went last week and they all had a great time! If you don't arrive early, you will probably not get a lounge chair. I suggest bringing your own chairs and an umbrella as well. There is a grass area to... More
