Dutch Springs exceeds my expectations for quarry diving, and the non-diving amenities makes it a great place to bring my kids for the weekend. My teenagers make one or two dives with me and spend the rest of the time hanging out at the Aquapark, Sky Challenge, or at the ice cream stand. The locker rooms are spacious and the... More

I visited during their Open House last May to check the place out and see if it would be good for my grandkids who were, at the time, 10 and 8. The staff was friendly, very knowledgable, and prepared to answer any questions asked - and I made sure I asked ALOT! Upon my tour, I decided, without a doubt,... More

Just 10 miles from the New Jersey border. What a great family place . They have the best fresh water Dive facility in the Country and I understand the 3rd best in the world. The water has 30 to 40 plus feet visibility consistently. It has a huge fish population of Bass , Trout , Sun Fish and Huge colorful... More

Dutch Springs is extremely unorganized and needs to become efficient and effective with the reception area. There is no reason that this facility could not become streamlined if it trained its staff appropriately and utilized modern park technology. The restrooms on the weekend are atrocious! They should have an attendant available throughout the day to continuously clean up after the... More

Dutch Springs is a great place to go if you have a big group of people. It's a lot of fun, and is an amazing workout. You will probably be sore for a few days. You do need some upper body strength to do most of the activities though, Overall, it's a really fun, family place!

I've been diving at dutch springs, for the last 6 years , the staff are always helpful and they're adding a new scuba attraction soon . Its an awesome place to train new divers and show them the different types of dives they can be certified for.

I had heard about this place for quite some time. The Northeast Working Equipment Group (NEDEG), which dives the old equipment meets there every Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. As I was up in that area during last Labor Day, I decided to attend. Of course I will try and focus more on the facility, than on the specific... More

Unique place for people of all ages... many different things to do - we did spring lake and kayaking - all in all super fun day - you could spend the whole day easily so much to do. It's a little nutty with a lot of kids climbing all the floats in the water but there's a lot to choose... More

It's definitely not turquoise blue carib water, but if you need a diving fix and live within two hours of the NJ/PA border, this is your spot. Dutch Springs is a natural spring-filled quarry, complete with dropped-in chassis and vehicle bodies (including but not limited to a helicopter, a Hellcat fighter, school bus, and fire truck). There are a number... More

Being my first time at DS, I was looking forward to the hype of the great visibility compared to our local quarries. We arrived on Friday late afternoon and have to say the check in process was painful. The check procedures with their staff was confusing in my opinion a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. The staff was very friendly and... More
