I like watching major league baseball without the large crowds. Food and beer are a little overpriced, but the quality is much better than fair food. Would like to see the minor league team the Marauders this April.

What can I say? It's great for all baseball fans. Winter home to the Pittsburgh Pirates. It's been renovated with beer and hot dogs to be had by all. Take the family if you live here or are a tourist visiting our great west coast.

It reminds me of Forbes field in Pittsburgh. I could almost fell the ghost of the 60's Pirates on opening day. A beautiful place for baseball. The players are so close you can almost touch them. I close my eyes and I am transported back to Forbes field when I was a kid on opening day. Worth the trip always.

Love this small old time baseball field! We go every year during Spring training and have a wonderful time.

McKechnie Field is our favorite ball park in Florida. It has the best of old school and new school for baseball. The fans are close to the field and we've never had a bad seat. There are seats in the shade but most of them are season ticket holders. Sometimes they resell their tickets if they can't make it to... More

The complex was so beautiful and family friendly. Staff was great. The players and coaches really take the time to show their gratitude to their Pittsburgh fans for coming down. My only complaint the food prices are very similar to PNC park prices.

Recent renovations (2013) really enhanced this stadium right off downtown Bradenton; it really is a nice complex. They do professional spring training here (Pittsburgh Pirates) as well as minor league (Bradenton Marauders.) They offer some ticket specials and do special events now and then, parking isn't too far and there are good food choices. Good family entertainment and a big... More

Great spot to catch some Spring Training Games. If you don't pre-buy your tickets there are usually tickets available on the street. Parking is nearby and safe, not very far away. We like the third base side, lower level, a little less sun. Lots of things going on under the stands. There are many food choices so walk around a... More

Great chance to see baseball in comfortable well done stadium.Concessions and grounds are exceptional. All seats have a great view of the field. Pittsburgh pirate spring training takes place here so you can you pro teams play. Gives you a chance to get up close and personal with the players. A great way to spend an afternoon and or teach... We loved it here! Our first ever baseball game and it was great. We were even lucky enough to catch a baseball and take it home! Our favourite souvenir from our bradenton trip.
