We visited this month, but it was a cold day (for us, anyway). We walked along the park and viewed some of the inventions, and checked out the river as well, but nothing was open, so other than reading some of the plaques, there wasn't a lot to do. We did see the water fountain towers (not operating), and imagine... More

Great place for a walk, bike ride and ice skating. Also a good spot for festivals and fireworks. Dayton has started a good idea and needs to add food stands and some more landscaping to make this a must do!

RiverScape is a park along the Miami River, which has been cleaned up and improved greatly. Instead of an industrial "city" river, it is an escape where you can see great blue herons, ducks, geese, and fish. Walk/bike trails go along both sides. In the summer the city sponsors free concerts and food trucks park conveniently.

Over the years we have seen this area steadily improve! The ice skating they offer in the winter is the best! A beautiful arena and affordable skating for the whole family!

My wife and I live one mile from the bike path and the trip down to RiverScape is 8 miles one way making for a very pleasant evening ride.

Nice way to handle a downtown city park area along a river. Nice for walking and just enjoying a nice day.

It's cool Dayton has done so much with their riverfront. The fountains and plantings really make this a place that is inviting. The kids love the splash fountains! We were there during the Celtic Festival, and the park was the perfect venue!

We actually saw the fountains from I-75 and decided to take a pit stop to check them out. We happened to walk right into the Irish Festival. A great time. The rivet walk was nice, good bike path for families. Definitely worth the stop.

It was flooded while we were there, so we were somewhat limited as to where we could walk. It was a neat park, but 1/2 the fountains weren't working. The sculptures were neat. Pretty flowers along the upper path. Not sure what goes on in the pavillion-it was vacant. Kids were enjoying playing in the fountain. It was worth a... More

Walking on the top of the dikes are a great way to unwind. Go at sunrise or sun set! You well see a variety of birds along the rier grassy edges. Well worth even a short walk to and look
