Took my elderly mom 90 yrs old to eat, she has parkinsons. She could not eat out of little bowl they gave her, I asked for paper plate even if I had to pay. The supervisor at food court was extremely rude. When I complained, they were like, okay well we will talk to her. The following week same supervisor... More

Free shows are great, can order food, not like it used to be though! Nice to visit! Has casino machines if you care to use them.

Tile floors, not very clean. You can get your food in a styrofoam box and eat at the machines. Krokus was playing a free concert there that night, oh boy. Been there, won't be back

This place looks and operates like warehouse a casino with machines I've never seen and buttons that say "Donation", then a sticker that says "Not Donation Necessary". We walked right back out without eating or playing because frankly, we could not figure it out.

Awesome experience! The Cacique Steakhouse was superb, reasonable prices, great service, and delicious food cooked to order! They even gave us awesome salsas (red/green), and guacamole and chips for free! The steak Tampico was delicious! After we attended the show we went to we went to the bar. Again, great prices, $2.50 each drink! Top that with the fact that... More

the smokers ruined everything for me!!! I cannot stand breathing in their second hand smoke, where the tribute bands play, that WAS the best part of the casino for me!!

It smells awful. They should invest in smoke extractors rather than cover it with fragrances. It makes the smell worse. The machines are old and they rip you off. They just take your money. The food used to be good consistently but I guess some staff changes were made, now you don't know if you're going to like your order... More

WARNING! Printers on some machines not working right, got ripped off for $50 two weeks ago, just got back tonight and was ripped off for another $41.00 tonight. I'm a regular (well I was)... and to top it all off some of their staff is really rude. Carlos Cordero, you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect...... More

We walked through the casino but was not impressed. Very crowded with what appeared to be primarily older slot machines. No video poker games or electronic blackjack or roulette. We left without even playing. Huge difference from playing at Sunland Park Casino which is right next to El Paso.
