The interior of the Plaza Theater is elegantly decorated and it is rather small and cozy. The only drawback that I can see is the stage itself is fairly small. If you like to feel up close to the entertainers, then this is a perfect venue for you.

I went there for the Classic Films Festival, place is well maintained and is quite an experience; only thing is seats are small so after a while I got tired and this distracted me from the film.

The history in this building shows as soon as you walk in. Beautiful designs and art on the wall. I just saw the Blue Man Group there and it was fun, exciting and inviting. I will be visiting the theatre again soon. There are so many great shows coming up.

The Plaza is an amazing theater, and the experience is always top notch, particularly for the Plaza Classic Film Festival. Short introductions before the films and also talks hosted by some of the films stars are simply one-of-a-kind. The pricing is very reasonable, and the venue is not called the "Showcase of the Southwest" for nothing. If you are in... More

Out hotel was located right next to it. We walked on a Tuesday afternoon, it's when they have a free guided tour of it. The theater is historic and was preserved almost in it's original form. It also has a great story behind it. We didn't get to see any plays or movies, but the guided tour was amazing! I... More

I love musicals, I've been in Broadway and let me tell you, besides Cat's, I haven't been disappointed by any of the plays performed at the Plaza. I try to make a whole experience going first to eat to one of the multiple restaurants or bistros next to the Plaza and enjoy a girls night out with my daughters. I... More

I have had the pleasure of attending several concerts at the Plaza Theater and have been so happy. The acoustics are phenomenal, the seating is comfortable and when they have an intermission the bar is just what the Dr ordered.

Our old Plaza Theatre has been redone. The good thing is that the refurbished it to make it look like it did when we kids and I am 63 years old now and I still love to look up at the ceiling and see the shinning stars. And the balcony the trees. I love it!
