I have been a season ticket holder for the Broadway shows for the past 8 to 10 years. The renovations that they did to the theatre were very well done. The acoustics could be better. Some of the shows have the sound system too loud and it causes a bounce back type of effect. Regarding the seating, just a few... More

I was raised in El Paso and attended movies at the Plaza as a young child in the 40'w and 50's. This is 2nd year in a row we attended while in El Paso visiting family. Last year's film was Seven Year Itch with Marilyn Monroe. This year's film was Thieves Like Us. One of the leading ladies was interviewed... More

We visted the Plaza Theater when the musical WICKED came to town. We had grest seats and enjoyed the show. However, they need to teach door personnel what "Will Call" is. We ordered our tickets on line and when we approached the entrance closest to the parking garage, the door usher didn't know what we were talking about. He could... More

Here for 9th annual film festival. Wowed by the theatre and all the ornate fixtures. Wurlitzer Organ is wonderful. Comfortable seating. Even the restrooms are restored to genteel glamor.

Went for the Nutcracker around the holidays and it was a beautiful night! The theater was full and the holiday cheer was flowing. Everything from the entrance to the bathroom was stunning. The show was amazing and even though we were seated off to the side we could see everything! We went for a drink at Anson 11 before hand... More

It's a beautiful theatre. It appears that there are stars in the sky sparkling. They did a fantastic job renovating this theatre. I love going there & have been there for many venues. It's a fantastic theatre!

I dislike the plaza for one reason! The seats are the same size as they were in the 40's. Unfortunately the people aren't the same size as then. Rows are so close. The Plaza itself is as beautiful as it was in the 50's but the seats again, are smaller than airplane seats!

We saw the last performance of "Wicked" at the Plaza Theater. We have been to other events at the Plaza and have not been impressed with the seats on the floor, which is only slightly sloped, making it difficult for a short person to get a clear view of the stage. We decided to try the balcony, but we were... More
