WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I went online to buy our tickets during the day but their site kept crashing, so I called them and they said they would hold our tickets for us and we could just get them at the door. The tickets are $15 online or $20 at the door. I assumed that because it was their fault I... More

Let me start off by saying I didn't go into this expecting any sort of paranormal activity. What I did expect was a tour guide who knew the history of the locations, particularly the scary parts. Instead, these guys didn't even fully know the lame stories they did tell. It was long and boring and there was almost no historical... More

I had a wonderful experience. Took lots of pictures and captured a lot of ghost in my photos. Also on the EVP machine captured ghost. And learned a lot of history. All the original antiques are still in the hotel with minor up grades. I loved it. If your trying to catch ghost this is the place!

This tour felt over crowded and the tour guide was very rude and kept hitting on my date I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Thank god El Paso has... More

I have been to this tour several times, this tour is for the serious ghost hunter that really knows about paranormal investigating. the guides will teach you how to conduct a investigation and the places that they go inside of are truly haunted.

They advertised it was $12, but I get there and it was $15. I got yelled at by a woman stating "I don't know why EVERYONE keeps saying its $12!!" If EVERYONE is saying that, maybe you should look into it. We showed her the advertisement and she said that wasn't her company and she didn't know who was advertising... More

We went on the tour Oct. 15th. There were probably 120 people divided into 3 groups. Way too crowded. Our "guide" either was brand new or really didn't know his El Paso history. We heard lots of "this happened to the group before" or "this one time". According to their web site the VIP ticket was to include going into... More

I've been on many midnight tours, and I have to say that this tour was disappointing. Not because of the activity or lack thereof, but by the way the tour was actually run. It was so unorganized and overly sensationalized that I actually started to feel disrespectful by just being there. My entire group would have appreciated the tour more... More
