beautiful area

I love the water and this area has an extensive walkway, a stage for outdoor shows, stores and shops along the sidewalk side, and sculptures worth photographing.

We Ran the Riverfest 5k and stayed around after to watch the Dog Parade at Heifer Village. It was very good. The other parts of Riverfest, Sport Retriever series, Bands vendor and Food Vendors made the trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed walking around the riverfront. There is art to see, a nice river view and meandering paths to wander through. There are also benches along the way. At night there is a light show on the three bridges that's fun to watch. While it seems quite safe at night it was just a little creepy at night. Lots... More

the riverfront park is nice a peaceful. You can have a nice walk along the river. Though during my visit the river was extremely dirty, which I was told its due to some reason and not the usual clean river that one sees. There is a small amphitheatre in this park which also is good for some entertainment acts

The park and the trail are gorgeous, but most of it was closed the week prior to Riverfest while set-up was happening.

This is a great place to visit, there are several times during the year they will have entertainment, sometimes some big names, very nice, well maintained area right on the banks of the Arkansas River, lots of other interesting historical sites to see that are an easy walk . Lots of walking paths along the river, across the River is... More

We walked across the bridge, there were a lot to see on both side of the river. Lots of vegetation and birds. you can go for a long walk. It seemed safe but there was a homeless person sleeping close to the walking trail.

This area used to be warehouses, abandoned buildings and a rather run down area of town until they donated 30 acres to the Clinton Library and then the park developed from there. Walking and biking paths are in perfect condition. Lots of places for kids to play. A nice family destination. The bridge is well maintained and the signs clearly... More

Wish we could have been there during Farmer's Market. We have been to Beale Street and Bourbon Street this area was dirtier by far than Beale, not as bad as Bourbon but quite trashy. TA lot of restaurants (EXCEPT SUNDAYS! - nothing was opened which is okay I'm guessing all in church but we met at least 6 people traveling... More

We had a lovely early morning stroll and even got our picture with the piggy. Not sure I should have said it had a restaurant as the food was sort of up behind the pig statue in some sort of food court but I think that was intended as part of the park. Especially impressed by how clean everything was.
