Riverfront Park is a needed oasis in downtown Little Rock. The park provides opportunities to stroll and take in the grandeur of the Arkansas River. Scattered throughout the park are many pieces of sculpture, historical markers and beautiful landscaping. The amphitheater provides performance space for concerts and public events. The Junction Bridge was been converted to a pedestrian walkway and... More

We enjoyed our time at the park. It was a pretty, sunny Saturday afternoon with a breeze blowing. We walked around the area and looked at the informational postings on the history of the area and walked across the river on the foot bridge. There was a nice playground area for kids.

We loved visiting downtown Little Rock, and this park is one reason why. It has a nice walking trail with various activities and sights along the way, including the bridges, a very cool sculpture garden, unique tunnel playground, and even a musical instrument area with giant xylophones and drums (a huge hit with all four kids!). The only trouble we... More

This is a nice part of Little Rock and has a concert area as well as very good outdoor play area for children. You can also read about the reason it's called 'Little' Rock and walk the bridge.

Riverfront Park is right next to the River Market area, so it was a great place to take a walk on a nice evening after dinner. The highlight was walking across Junction Bridge. Once you get out over the river it's a great place for some views of the city or watching the sun set over the river.

We enjoyed wondering around this park and absolutely loved the sculptures dotted in various locations. It's been designed very well. There are parts which look very pretty and clean (e.g. near the clinton library), however other parts not in view of the library seem to have a lot of litter around. I could imagine that this would be a very... More

Enjoyed the park, even in January it was pretty, and the many sculptures and children's play areas. If you have time to hang out, it was a nice place to just be.

Went down to the Riverfront on a first trip to Little Rock, and there was a lot to see, explore, and do down there, even in the winter! There's a trail along the river, and I guess the whole trail "system" extends for a ways if you wanted to walk, run, or bike the whole thing. There's history, a climbing... More

I love the sculptures and the different ways in which you become just immersed in LR history. Makes for a nice chill stroll and the views on the river and the bridges are just great!
