This is a nice place to walk and has a great view over the Arkansas River. The bridge has lights that change to differant colors at night.

This is a great start for a run or ride along the greenways along the river. Much parking is near if the main area is full.

Best longest foot and bike bridge in country. Lovely walk. Also, you can take a ramp and go on a better walk to the two rivers bridge and park.

I love bridges, and I loved being able to view the lock as well as the dam. It seemed highly travelled by pedestrians. The views down the river were great. We even were able to watch a barge navigate the lock.

While in Little Rock, a group of us spent a few hours visiting two of the pedestrian-only bridges spanning the Arkansas River. We started at Big Dam Bridge. This is the longest pedestrian-only bridge in North America (one will also see many joggers and bike riders). We started on the Little Rock (as opposed to the North Little Rock) side.... More

Beautiful spring day and it was an easy walk on the bridge. Very clean and well-kept park area which showcases Little Rock's history. It's a must see attraction.

Great trail system. Little Rock, you are ahead of your time! You can spend 30 minutes or all day. The trail system is first class. Thank you Buddy Vilines the County Judge.

Whilst in Little Rock we visited the Big Dam Bridge. This is only 10 minutes drive out of downtown. Not knowing what to expect I was surprised at its enormity and grandeur. This structure restricts the water volume down the Arkansas River and into the Mississippi River. Their is also a Locke to allow water craft to transfer between the... More

A great bike ride for any level of rider. The Judge is to be lauded for his vision and good old US engineering. Even the concrete holes cut out were reused for pylons. Spectacular views from this amazing 1.3 km bridge. Cycling heaven, just keep go to the Two Rivers park and bridge. More great riding!

This is an excellent place to view the Arkansas River as well as to just walk. It is very secure and for those who want a great river experience as well as daily exercise, this is a great way to do both activities
