Wow! This bridge lives up to its name. Quite impressive, and impeccably maintained. The North Little Rock river trail was scenic, and if we had ended the bike ride at the Big Damn Bridge it would have been the culmination of a nice tourist visit. But, we continued the loop on the Little Rock side of the river, and that... More

First of all, it was mid-90s so the trek across the bridge was flipping hot, but yes, there were some nice views of the river and forest beyond. No city views, but pretty bridge and pretty nature. Not really that much else to say about it.

This bridge/dam is really cool. It's free and it's a biking and walking trail. It connects something like 700 acres of park, so if you like to bike I would suggest bringing it to ride across the bridge! Really neat stuff if you want some good pictures with scenery and something that is free come here!

This is a local favorite. At almost any point of the day you will find families, couples, and the gym-goers here. Great for families as you can push a stroller, wagon or ride a bike across the bridge. This bridge is very well maintained and in a safe location. You get a great view of the river. There are lots... If you are on vacation to LR this is definitely a must see. We went with my family while we were on vacation and my kids thought that it was the neatest thing. Will definitely be back in the future.

The world's largest pedestrian bridge is about 1 mile one way and 1 mile back. Great exercise! You can bike, walk or jog on or around the bridge. It has a beautiful river views of houses on the bluff and Interstate 630 and you can see barges going thru the locks. Bring sunscreen and water on hot and humid days... More

Took my grandson for a walk (in his stroller) and liked the 1 mile over and 1 mile back (2 miles total) walk. Great view of the river and beautiful homes built on the bluffs. Wide enough for several walkers walking side-by-side and bike riders very respectful of walkers.

The bridge is a large dam built over the river that has a neighborhood on one side of the river and "urban forest" hiking trails on the other. The Bridge: - Bring sunscreen. The Bridge is very long (for a pedistrian bridge) and exposed for the entire route. You can burn easily. - Easy walking. Aside from the slope of... More

My family drove from downtown and easily found the bridge. We walked over the bridge and back at dusk. It was beautiful and relaxing. There were runners, walkers, bikers, etc. on the path. People were very friendly.

This is a nice place to walk and has a great view over the Arkansas River. The bridge has lights that change to differant colors at night.
