The world's largest pedestrian bridge is about 1 mile one way and 1 mile back. Great exercise! You can bike, walk or jog on or around the bridge. It has a beautiful river views of houses on the bluff and Interstate 630 and you can see barges going thru the locks. Bring sunscreen and water on hot and humid days... More

Took my grandson for a walk (in his stroller) and liked the 1 mile over and 1 mile back (2 miles total) walk. Great view of the river and beautiful homes built on the bluffs. Wide enough for several walkers walking side-by-side and bike riders very respectful of walkers.

The bridge is a large dam built over the river that has a neighborhood on one side of the river and "urban forest" hiking trails on the other. The Bridge: - Bring sunscreen. The Bridge is very long (for a pedistrian bridge) and exposed for the entire route. You can burn easily. - Easy walking. Aside from the slope of... More

My family drove from downtown and easily found the bridge. We walked over the bridge and back at dusk. It was beautiful and relaxing. There were runners, walkers, bikers, etc. on the path. People were very friendly.

This is a nice place to walk and has a great view over the Arkansas River. The bridge has lights that change to differant colors at night.

This is a great start for a run or ride along the greenways along the river. Much parking is near if the main area is full.

Best longest foot and bike bridge in country. Lovely walk. Also, you can take a ramp and go on a better walk to the two rivers bridge and park.

I love bridges, and I loved being able to view the lock as well as the dam. It seemed highly travelled by pedestrians. The views down the river were great. We even were able to watch a barge navigate the lock.

While in Little Rock, a group of us spent a few hours visiting two of the pedestrian-only bridges spanning the Arkansas River. We started at Big Dam Bridge. This is the longest pedestrian-only bridge in North America (one will also see many joggers and bike riders). We started on the Little Rock (as opposed to the North Little Rock) side.... More

Beautiful spring day and it was an easy walk on the bridge. Very clean and well-kept park area which showcases Little Rock's history. It's a must see attraction.
