We visited NYC in August 2014 & purchased the Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus Pass via the NewYorkPass. We found the NewYorkPass a very good value BUT thought the Bus Pass was a waste of time & money. First ride of the day: the tourguide arrived 20 minutes late; by that time, so many people had lined up that the bus was... More

Well worth the price. This was our taxi for duration of passes - 48 hours. Hop on hop off Tours were well worth the money. Will definitely do this again.

We scored a great deal that let us use all the routes for several days. Bus stops can sometimes be difficult to find, so some scrambling about or persistence in asking questions can be required. Tour guides come in a wide range of personalities and skill level. Saleem knows his stuff and gave a great tour (he would bump it... More

They have pretty friendly staff, but the greyline buses (just a little more costly than them) have better buses (clean and new), more friendly and hospitable staff and better connectivity

We chose City Sights Bus Tour because we saw it first online. Paying for the ticket was easy at The Wax Museum. We had to wait over 30 minutes because they let a half empty bus go buy to pick up people waiting at the next stop instead of letting us get on. The rep waiting with us was nice... More

As other reviewers have already stated, this company cares more about selling you this rip off package than actually providing bus tours. Routes and pick ups were irregular and changed up constantly. I wasted more time attempting to get to a stop that was actually being used than actually seeing the sites. Given that I was on a tight schedule,... More

We took the two day New York pass with the hop on/off Citysights bus option and we got our money's worth on day one, as we gained free entry to many of the popular tourist attractions like the Empire State building and the Statue of Liberty, etc. The bus tour is a great and cheap way to get around visiting... I booked the Downtown Tour for two, which I will say was a good price, and a great way to see NYC. I'm sorry to say our tour guide wasn't very enthusiastic. For one,he never introduced himself, and had very little facts about NYC. As we approached the Staten Island ferry, all he could come up with was the recent... More

I was skeptical at first, but we had SUCH a good time with Allan France. He was very fun and kept me interested the whole time. He even went out of his way to show me some of the sights where Gossip Girl was shot, knowing I was a fan. The funny thing is I'm not even a tourist. I... More

Bad bad bad, they "sold" us the magnific brochure of NY's tour at Rockefeller Center, so expensive but we were looking for some tours to see the neighborhoods we didn't visit in our 4 or 5 times in NY. Outdating buses, without simoultaneus translation as they promised (we do speak english but prefer spanish as our native language), guides very... More
