Bought groupon, drove all the way to 42nd street, found Madame Tussaud's, walked right past it because city sights is inSIDE MT's (there weren't any city sights employees anywhere in the street to help). Then we were told that we had to travel down to the southern tip of Manhattan to meet the Brooklyn-bound bus. We were on our own!... More

We got the 3 attraction pass, the initial feel when we had to walk 3 blocks to collect the vouchers was that we were wasting our time. The customer care was average & there was a bit of chaos at the office. When we started the tour, it turned out to be a much better. The hop on hop off... More

City Sights NY knowingly gave out old brochures with the winter schedule to unsuspecting customers in the month of July!!! Then, refused to refund the money to those who were affected and missed the boat as a result of their misinformation. They have the lowest standards for customer service. I will never again choose them. There are plenty of other... More

As a family of 5..kids aged between 9 and 15, we had booked the 5 bus loop tours and boat trips combined tickets before leaving the UK. On arrival, once we'd picked up our tickets, we used the bus tours, hopped on and off without any difficulty and never had to wait more than around 10 - 15 mins for... More

We have used the bus tours around the world, and had an explorer pass, and decided to try the hop on/off tour for the day. This was just hopeless. The first bus in Times square was easy to get on, first thing in the morning, we got off at Macy's, had to walk to Empire State building after two buses... More

We choose GreyLine after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and speaking to friends who used Grey Line in other cities. I was so looking forward to seeing NYC with Grey Line. The downtown tour started off great, the tour guide was amazing and very informative but that is where it stopped. We got off the bus to visit the... More

We have enjoyed various trips with CitySights NY. Always thought it was worth it and maybe that why we don't seek for other possibilities

It was fun! Even though the weather did not cooperate on teh first day, nothing can stop tourist from seeing the streets of NY. For a solo flight tourist, 48 hours was more than enough. You get to see the whole of NY and learn something about the places you either pass by or stop over. The bus readily gives... More

Enjoyed the trip however I wish it was easier to get the tickets. We had a difficult time trying to see The Statue of LIberty.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
