Taking place in one of those little theaters in the off-Broadway circuit at first I thought this was not a good pick but once the show started I enjoyed it. I thought the Stomp show was very amusing and playful. Foreigners (specially brazilians): no need to wear fancy clothes. This theater is more like a small stage for intimate performances... More

Where was I for the last twenty years that I didn't see Stomp? This show with its very talented cast wows you right from the get go with its high energy use of everyday materials to make thumping rhythmic sounds by using things like wood sticks and poles to thrill the audience. You might think that wood and metal being... More

Went my 2 teenagers and they throughly loved it. The cast was so talented and funny. We laughed and sat in awe the whole show. When we first arrived we were a little taken back by the location and size of the venue but the show was well worth the experience.

With the high price of any type of activity in New York, this is a reasonable and highly enjoyable show for the whole family. The music and rhythms are so outside of other genres that it appealed to my pop music loving pre-teen; my aspiring musical theater diva teen; a soul, gospel, and jazz singing wife; and a "classical rock"... The performers were very talented and I'm sure very few of any of us could have showed the same type of skill and athleticism they had. They did a good job of creating humor without any sort of dialogue at all. The only criticism I would give is that there was no real plot and few of the performances dragged... More

What a great night out, great part of town away from the bright lights... Dinner in a local Japanese restaurant followed by the best ice cream from Fresco, just down the road. Try the Salty Caramel! Then the show, something that we did not expect, the humour and the fun throughout the show was sensational and kept us laughing from... More

First time travelers may want to stay close to Midtown, but this performance and area of the city begs to be explored. We took the subway and enjoyed dinner and Stomp in this part of Manhattan. Lots of great eating places in this area that will lend themselves well to trying to enjoy a family dinner before a family friendly... More

I took my family to see this. We really enjoyed it. We have young kids thru college kids and all of them really liked the performance. There was a great variety of humor and musical talent. So, I would recommend it. But, if you are not familiar with NY, just be aware that this venue is about 3 miles from... More
