It's interesting that a shop has become an attraction; but you know what, kids loved it. And so did I.

3 floors jam packed with everything M&M. Every color imaginable plus shirts, glasses, pillows, toys, and M&M dispensers. Even more crowded than nearby Times Square. Be prepared to be jostled and pushed every step of the way. Great store with loads of fun things to see and do. Checkout lines snaked around the building.

I went there with my 7 years old boy and he was really excited. Dancing in the shop and discovering all the different items manufactured. We bought a bag of candies and some shirts. It's a nice shop for kids.

Aside from a lot of colors of M&Ms, all that is left is a high price tag, and loud children with animated computer people talking loudly on TV screens. I wouldn't go back. Not a fan.

We went to this store and the Hershey store across the street in Times Square. Was disappointed that it wasn't decorated more like the Toys R Us nearby or like FAO Schwartz

It's a great, three-story shop. Lots of items to see. Fun knick-nacks and chocolate to purchase. The views are also great.. so even if you don't like chocolate, I'd recommend it. It's WAY better than the Hershey store.

This is one of those stores that you should go and check out, even if you're not buying anything! Lots of m&m's and some photo ops with the decors and giant m&m costumed people. You can even get personalized m&m's but for a premium price ($40!!!). It's a lively place but super crowded when we went. It's a pretty interesting... More

As one of those rare people who does not like chocolate, I expected to hate my visit to a place that devotes its self to colourfully coated chocolate. However, the smell of M&Ms was definitely better than the taste and the sheer quantity of colourful M&Ms was pretty mesmerizing. My family thoroughly enjoyed their visit too - we could have... More

I never knew how many colors there were. Equally amazing is how much stuff you can put an M&M's logo on! This is a "gotta visit" place!

The M&M's world is located ideally in Times Square. The entrance is free as it's mainly a shop and not a museum. You will find anything at the glory of this chocolate brand. Everything is branded M&M's. The place is really crowded the night and. Funny to see it but at the end nothing special.
