This review is a little out dated since I went in May, for my birthday. I didn't know i could review broadway shows, so where to start. My birthday was in May, and for my birthday, my partner bought me tickets to the show. This was actually my first broadway show and was very excited. I was amazed. The show... more

This is about the tour called "Wicked: Behind the Emerald Curtain." It's a 1.5 hour tour that starts at 10am. It's excellent. We were a group of 6 adults. Three had seen Wicked before, 3 had not seen it. We all enjoyed the tour very much. Using costumes and props from the Wicked show, they explain all that goes into... more

What a wonderful show! My sisters and I love to meet in NYC for a fun girls weekend, but generally do not take in a show. One of my sisters is hearing impared- she's good at reading lips, but it would take some powerful binoculars for her to get anything out of one of NYC's Broadway plays. However, at this... more

We saw this on Broadway at the Gershwin and it was OK. I would not pay over $60USD for tickets to this as my boyfriend fell asleep during this and the performance goes for, what felt like, a long time. The first act felt like it went forever. I would recommend seeing something else and don't really understand the big... more

Wicked was reccomended to me several times so when my wife and I went to NYC for our anniversary we couldn't resist. I was worried that it wouldn't live up to all the praise I had heard, but it did. It is 2 1/2 hours of great entertainment. Be careful if buying a cocktail prior to the show. A mixed... more

Being a fan of The Wizard of Oz I was skeptical as to how good this show would be and if it could live up to my expectations...but it went far beyond that! It has great visual effects! If you only have time for one show this is the one! more

You must see this. This is an experience that you will never forget. Ok, you know that this is the best musical right now... Here are some seating advises for the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco. After the end of the show, I walked all around the orchestra, mezz and balcony sections and found -to my surprise- that almost every... more

“Wicked” was absolutely awesome both my hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed it and I admit to shedding a tear or two! I imagine that many people are put off watching this show as they are expecting a pre-teen fantasy prequel to L Frank Baum’s children’s book, “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz”. What you actually are getting is an adult fantasy... more

My husband and I went to New York for a short vacation and ordered tickets online to see this show. We loved the show but if you go you must be prepared with a jacket. The theater was so cold we were huddling together to stay warm. I absolutely recommend the show but remember a warm jacket. more
