Good to visit if you are a chocolate fan

Nice shop with free samples (distributing at the door by the staff). Good for people who are fans of chocolates and candies.

Not excited. The air condition was not working, so o didn't want to buy melted candy. I will have to visit the Hershey factory in Hershey, PA.

At the back of the store they have a counter where you can design on a computer a cover for a huge "candy bar that you pick out" and they wrap your candy bar in it. You can use pictures that you presently have on your own iPhone for this. You write a message and that displays too- on your... More

After visiting the M&M store, the Hershey store was a disappointment. One floor and rather small, didn't live up to competing with M&M. I think it should have had more unique offerings rather than the tons of things I can get at any grocery store. I spent $63 at M&M and could only muster $23 at Hershey. Really wanted to... More

Hershey's Times Square is what you would expect from a tourist gift shop. Over-priced candy and some cute NYC themed chocolate items. That said, my son couldn't resist getting his girlfriend a necklace with a silver Hershey kiss AND red apple charms!k

If you love chocolate then you must visit the Hershey's shop. You can find thing that you never will find somewhere else. I like the hot chocolate powder.

Be warned, it is a one floor attraction. There are some chocolates that you probably wouldn't find in the common grocery store. But, it is small and only one floor, so when it's peak "tourist" season it can get very crowded.

The place is nice but small and crowded. They have nice items about NYC and Times Sq but if you're planning on buying only chocolates you better off buying somewhere else.

Compared to the m&m store this is a joke. It is small. I expected it to be more interesting and more real estate. The small store does offer a lot of chocolate and some merchandise. Don't expect much.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
