We were very excited to go to this store and it fell very short of our expectations. Nothing extraordinary that you can't buy in any store. It's very small and gets very crowded and the line is too long. If you want uncommon the M&M store does not disappoint.

Lots and lots of chocolate in a very small store. The store gets very crowded and it is a bit uncomfortable to shop. If you are just looking for chocolate and don't care about the brand, I prefer the M&M store which is just across the street. It is 3 stories of chocolate, has a lot larger selection and if... More

My son and I enjoyed our visit. And my impression is that the goodies here are not quite as expensive as at M&M's. It's flashy, sugary -- a nice place to enjoy with kids, with some decent items to buy.

It's a small store. We do go in it every time we are in the city .It's kind of disappointing that they don't have more unique gifts. It's really just the normal candy you can get at your local store. But again its fun to go in, you won't spend a long time in the store.

Compared to m&m! World this is super tiny very crowed and as with everything in NY overpriced. There was really nothing special here and the no deals. Spent about 10mins in the store and left disappointed.

Always like to visit this little Hersheys store while in Times Square.. Can't visit Times Square without visiting the Hershey Store. Purchased a cute chocolate colored mug with the NYC skyline.

PRobably the best thing here is the ability to make your own wrapper, and have your picture and wrapper posted up above time square, fun for everyone and sure to elicit a smile. But run outside quick so you don't miss it! Mostly chocolates you can buy other places and no savings. Not as cool as M&M world

Not much to say about it, its smaller than what I was expecting before I walked in. The best thing about the store was that they sell Jolly Ranchers which are very hard to find in the UK

I don't know if I was kissing something but the Hershey store was wicked lame. There was NOTHING to it. I thought it would be like walls of their candy and stuff...but it was like a convenience store in there. Very disappointing especially after the M&Ms store.

A shop that promise so much but fails on many levels, for a start,it's such a small store, and when I was there only one person serving and the queue was going around inside of the shop, meaning your views of the products were limited. You'd think that for Times Square they'd try more of a willy wonka theme to make it more... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
