I live about an hour from Hershey PA and this store does not compare to the Hershey experience. However, when in NYC why not stop by for a FREE piece of chocolate! You can find over priced chocolates and Hershey gifts. If you are a true Hershey fan, make the trip to PA :)

Smaller than how we remember. Anyhow, it doesn't feel like a flagship shop, just another common candy store which happened to sell Hershey's products. No comparison (in terms of size) to the competition across the street.

The shop had every kind of Hershey bar and in many different sized packs depending upon your budget and luggage allowance! We bought sweets to share with colleagues and friends. The shop was busy and the queue was long, but there were plenty of staff operating tills and so it moved quickly. A great find if you like Hershey's chocolate!

Just a small shop crammed with chocolate. Ok I'm being Grumpy Dad here. I didn't much like M&M world just round the corner but they seemed to at least have made the effort. This was tiny by comparison with long queues and very (even for NYC) grumpy get-rid-of-you-quick staff. Nothing 'to do' as such. A spiral drop machine that was... More

I didn't get much out of this visit. The store is very small when compared to others in the area and the amount of people in there made it very hard to move around.

I'm not a fan of Hershey's chocolates but there was organic chocolate which was great. Prices weren't too bad. The store was pretty crowded but lines were quick.

So full of people we could hardly move. Just grab the candy you want head for the till and get out. Horrible. The only reason we went was to get varieties not available in Canada.

Hershey's store felt more relaxed to me and the staff more personable than I found at M&Ms World. I loved the interactive computerised Hershey's bar that spoke to customers as they passed by - the guy was hilarious at times ;) I hadn't tried the Hershey's Kisses before so I took the opportunity of stocking up whilst I was there.... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
