See the outside. Not much to see inside. It is a small 1 floor store. They have a make your own candy bag machine. The line was all the way around the inside of the store! There were not many souvenirs to buy besides candy. If you have time go to. Hershey, Pennsylvania instead. It is a 3 hour drive.

Fun for the whole family. We went in just to smell the chocolate. Not sure how I got the kids out without a purchase. Don't miss this attraction, it's a fun way to pass time.

Its one floor selling your typical favorite candy. The have a huge Hershey bar for $49 bucks. They sell Hershey theme gifts such as mugs and magnets. We purchases a package if extra long Twizzlers for $5 bucks. The prices are reasonable, its close to Times Square.

We were staying at Crowne Plaza which was adjacent to Hershey's so we visited a few times during our stay in NYC. They give you a free Kiss chocolate when you enter. They have lots of shirts, chocolate, and other souvenirs here but it is considerably smaller in size and scope than M&M World which is across the street. As... More

Liked the store. They great you with a kiss, a Hershey kiss that is. If you like Hershey they have some pretty cool items.

I am a chocolate aficionado. So stumbling into Hershey's World in Times Square was going to be heaven for me. Sadly, I was let down. The small, single level store was crowded with displays, and with customers. And that's all it was - a small crowded store selling chocolate. Of course we bought our share, and it was as good... I enjoyed every moment of my visit to Hershey's. Unlike M and M's World in Times Square, the items for sale are not ridiculously overpriced. Also, you are given a free piece of chocolate as you walk through the door. Very good value for money, and definitely worth a visit. Very helpful staff also.

Went to this store on a recommendation from a friend. It is a store that is very small and sells chocolate, how can I complain? It really is just a small store selling Hershey items. Not a big deal. Interested in chocolate, visit Chocolate World in Hershey PA.

Stopped into the Hershey store on our way back from seeing Jersey Boys. The store is far too small to be in Times Square NYC...with the amount of people that are in the city and go inside this store, it's just way too small. It's also VERY HOT! So the chocolates etc inside are either already melted, or on the... More
