My husband and I did a Living Social Adventure at the DC location. It was awesome. We got to try partner balancing, silks, and trapeze. It was a great to be able to try all three. The location has an outdoor trapeze, but it wasn't open (not warm enough yet). The trapeze was, by far, the most fun. The whole... More

My niece and I signed up for a lesson this past weekend. We had a great time. It is a little scary but I definitely recommend it for those looking for something new and exciting-and are not afraid of heights. The formations they taught us were easy to understand and accomplish (I had a little trouble. I was the oldest... More

Went with 7 other women; ages 16 to 52 and had a great time doing a private class. At first seemed intimidating, but the staff was wonderful and all 8 of us were able to swing, hang by our knees and 6 of them (ages 16 to 23) were able to finish the class up doing a catch & release... More

Although I have never tried the trapeze in NY, I have tried a trapeze elsewhere and it is a great experience. The NY Trapeze School is just one more piece of evidence that you can find almost anything and do almost anything in NYC. More

My friends and I took an introductory Aerial SIlks class. It was really fun and challenging. I did not expect that we would get to hang upside down in our first class~. Our instructor was so patient and helpful but never pushy. I felt safe during the class. If I could improve the experience I would warm up with some... More

I took my boyfriend here for our 1 year anniversary. Neither of us had ever done anything like it before. He's actually scared of heights and I was nervous myself. We both thought it was the most amazing experience. Anyone can really do this. My friends and family constantly ask to see the videos we took of the tricks we... More

This school offers lessons in Washington, DC. (which is where I took my class) If you're not scared of heights, try this! I truly enjoyed it! So much that I signed up for my next class at the end of my first session. The initial first go round was a bit scary, but by the third round, I was ready... More

The whole experience is incredible! The instructors make you feel at ease and give you very clear instructions. I never felt unsafe and because of that could just focus on learning the tricks. I did the trapeze school with my husband, it's a great fun date. By the end of the class we both were able to do a catch.... More

I have been wanting to do this for years, but because of the out-of-the-way location I just kept putting it off. Last summer, my 9 year old daughter and I took the train from Long Island to do this. My daughter actually did it too, which she had not planned to do. It is very empowering and so fun! The... More

I received this as a birthday present from my DH. I had seen it on Sex and the city, and mentioned how much I would love to do it. So my DH booked me a 2 hour trapeze class as a surprise, great surprise. I had 9 other people in the class with me, everyone was so friendly and supportive.... More
