I have been to a few Exhale spas and expected only the best from the Central Park location. Given it's prime NY location, you would expect only the best service and zen-like atmosphere. Boy was I wrong. First of all, I wasn't notified that there was construction going on and you have to pass it while going to get your... More

He knows the human body so well. He just knows exactly where to go. After this I really won't be able to get a booking with him but he is worth the 90-minutes. I wish I could do two hours with him. The facility needs so TLC but the staff is very nice.

A friend and I booked a pre-holiday spa day session at Exhale. We were hoping to have a nice, leisurely, quiet, relaxing time at the spa. A great cap off to the year. What we got instead was a small, cramped 'relaxation' room, a very loud instructor yelling positions in a barre class right next door, and just okay services.... More

This spa is in a great location and is very clean. The pedicure chairs are less than I was expecting - they vibrate loudly instead of massaging. The "heat" function is also incredibly loud and I never felt any heat. They seemed very dated to me. But the staff was incredibly nice and the services are well-priced. The showers and... More

I go to Exhale Spa on Central Park South every week for my manicures and pedicures. It is an excellent place with a super friendly staff and I think, the best manicure I have had in NYC! They also have great eyebrow shaping, exercise classes, facials and massage there.

This review os mainly for the exercise portion of this Exhale Spa. Beautifully kept up and decorated, the Central Park South location lives up the Exhale name. The service and beauty of this location is what you come to expect when you go to an Exhale salon. The yoga class I took was phenomenal. Led by Allyson, this class tested... More

Exhale is a perfect studio for barre, yoga and cardio classes. Classes are meant for all levels and the instructors always offer alternate moves to account for different levels. Spa is great and relaxing, make sure to go early and spend time sitting with a heated neck pillow while waiting for your therapist!

Recently went for a massage with a friend. We had Gia and Barbara who were both very experienced masseuses The girls at the front desk were both welcoming and efficient. We checked in and were led to the changing room first, and then the Zen room to relax. A very pleasant experience. Don't miss it if you are in NYC!

I go to Exhale Central Park South location each and every week for a manicure and or pedicure. The location is great and it is a very clean and pleasant place to have your nails done. They have massages and exercise classes there as well. I am very particular about taking care of my nails and I tried a lot... More

I never post negative reviews, but this was warranted. If you're looking for a good, or even decent massage, look elsewhere. Below were my problems after my service today. 1. I called for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and received a 60 minute massage. The massage therapist was under the impression I was getting a Swedish massage before I... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
