We were there on a Sunday night and didn't book but our group on 4 managed to get in on stand by and sat at the back of the room. Great acoustics and even though it is a big room the performance felt quite intimate. Great performers.

Concert wer absolutely great. Reservation on saturday evening recommended. There were no places not eve at the bar. Selection of the bands is form top shelf. Acoustic is great. Place relatively big for jazz - ca 20 tables and 40 bar sitting places. View of skyline with a rising moon was espectacular. Food - the table place was suppose to... More

Warm wood acoustically well engineered space, great for music. Ample dining space. I heard the ribs were very good, but skip the "catfish" po-boy. It was not Southern American catfish (prob. Swai), was about 5 oz. served with ketchup! No pickle, lemon, tartar, or hot sauce! S'matter of fact, upon request (gumbo needed a kick, as well), we got Tabasco.... More

We had dinner and saw Trio da Paz on Tuesday Aug 26. Aside from an incident to be mentioned shortly, it was an absolutely fantastic evening. Dinner was OK. We had the salmon and and the duck confit. The salmon was very good while the duck was meh. The ducks skin was flabby and fatty, instead of crisp as it... More

We recently saw a jazz concert at Dizzy's club and it was great. The club is not that big and is situated in a beautiful room overlooking Columbus Circle. The ambiance was great and added to the quality of the music and evening.

... And that is from someone not a natural jazz fan. We were in NY for a five night full tourist extravaganza ... We didn't want to do a Show .... They all seemed to be musicals and that wasn't our thing .... But some live jazz with a view and some nice food seemed like a real treat. And... More

A tremendously entertaining evening in a wonderful venue, convenient parking nearby. The only thing less than outstanding was the food. But the show the night we went was one of the best shows we have ever attended, and we have been to many. Although the show changes regularly, the commitment is to excellence. The service by Marcelles, a jazz student... More

If you're looking for a fantastic night out, you can't go past Dizzy's jazz club. Part of the Jazz at the Lincoln Centre program, it is situated in the Time Warner Centre at Columbus Circle which means the room, which has been purposely built to provide fantastic acoustics, has a killer view over Columbus Circle and Central Park. We enjoyed a nighttime jazz concert here. Wow! An affordable way for a NYC visitor to enjoy great jazz, drinks, and an incredible view of Central Park East. It's on the fifth floor, across from Columbus Circle.
