Make a reservation in advance! And by advance I mean at least a week... You should ask for a table. We made our reservation with 3 days advance and only sat at the balcony. Even so the place is perfect, behind the stage there is a wonderful city view. The shows are great.

Got to be honest.. I'm not a jazz person.. But for our last night in NYC, I wanted something classy and elegent so we went to Dizzy's and I just loved it! First of all, they let us in (we paid of course!) even though we weren't on the guest list. Secondly, the snacks were cheap and cool - we... More

We've been there for our last night in NYC, we made our reservation 3 days earlier and it was really nice but it was extremely short show. About 45 minutes. We didnt pay for cover. We had a plate with cheese and salmon and a white bottle of wine. Really nice service. Poor food quality . I loved the jazz... More

We enjoyed the food, music and view at Dizzys. It is a great venue. Very enjoyable. I highly recommend it and would return again.

We'd arrived in New York only a couple of hours before we found ourselves at Dizzy's. Stunning views over Central Park, and very high quality jazz - quite a start to our holiday. The food was decent, and sensibly priced for the setting. However we didn't realise there was a $40 per person cover charge. So not so sensibly priced... More

I was quite disappointed in my experience here, especially given the good reviews previously. It's a cute, intimate venue, and our server was nice enough. But the act came out late and played a show that lasted maybe 45-50 minutes at most. That was it. Imagine my surprise when a $40 per person cover charge was tacked onto the bill!... More

My wife and I spent $80 in cover charges, and got less than an hour of jazz. They told me over the phone the show was 1.5 hours. The band showed up past their start time, which is fine, but they only played one short set and were done. They might of been up there for 45-50 minutes at most.... More

We were fortunate enough to listen to the Jon Faddis Quartet - absolutely phenomenal! Dizzy's is at the top of Lincoln Center, and when you enter the room, you have a great view of Central Park. Doors open at 6pm for the 7:30 show, which gave us time to eat and enjoy the view. We had reservations at the bar,... More

Went with my family for dinner and a jazz night. We had our reservation booked but we got there early because we heard it's very busy... and we were right. This is a very small place which makes it very romantic and special. Food was delicious.

We went to this club as a Christmas present from our kids. We had a wonderful time. The venue is just beautiful, overlooking Central Park it is magical at night. The group we saw was just great. I hadn't been to a Jazz club for years and I will go back when we visit NYC again. The food was very... More
