I'm very pleased with the service we got from salesperson Hanna Y. Very nice and pretty store with a lot of pretty handbags, clothes, details and interior. Me and my daughter was very pleased with the visit and decided to visit the store at 5th avenue aswell, although the service was the same.

We went to the store at 789 Madison and I was quite disappointed. Clerks were a bit uppity but OK, I can handle that. I bought a watch only to get to Times Square and realize it didn't work. I called and they just told me to take it to my local store, which we don't have because we don't... More

Love this place! Always find something fun and quirky to buy for myself here. From wallets to sunglasses. Great sense of whimsy!

Was really looking forward to visiting the flagship store in New York but left disappointed. Although it was set over three floors the store was small. Not much variety of homeware, I found Macy's and Selfridges (London) sell many more Kate Spade items. Staff also seemed disinterested.

Loved the store, it's quite charming, staff was not what you would expect from a high end store. They were sort of rude and very unhelpful, disappointing..

Unfortunately this store was undergoing a make over to make it even bigger and better - but it was cute and the service was great - Love Kate Spade

I have had nothing short of exceptional service from the NYC Flagship store on Madison Avenue. I certainly didn't need a sales associate to escort me to the different floors (there are 4 -5 ) as my husband and I like to browse on our own. When I did need help everyone was anxious to assist. They brought us to... More

I found a gorgeous NYC scarf here. The selection was a bit smaller than I'm used to, however the staff were so genuinely friendly. I was very impressed and made an effort to visit while in New York.

We went to the Madison Ave store today and were completely disappointed. We were greeted with a hello and then that was it for customer service. We looked around a bit and then realized there were stairs to the 2nd floor - it would have been nice for the sales associates to invite us up to the 2nd, 3rd &... More
