We went to Books of Wonder to find some books for our book loving teenagers. They each found some signed copies that they purchased but there were a little disappointed not to find all the titles they saw on the website.

We wanted to see a shop that wasn't too touristy. They had a great selection of books for children and our kids had fun choosing a book each - they then had something to read on the plane and other times we had to wait. The attached cafe had I think the most delicious food we had in NY.

If you have children and love to read, you don't want to miss this bookstore with a fun Alice in Wonderland cafe. They often have children's book authors and signings, and have a lot of variety of children's books. In a day and age where bookstores are shutting down, it brought back good memories of losing myself in bookstores.
