Hip Hop education for all! Even if you think you know all there is to know you will still learn something new about Hip Hop and New York history. We went on the Harlem and Bronx tour which was fun and educational especially for my 18 year old son who thought he knew it all! The stories Grandmaster Caz told... More

Yes yes yall, I just did the Birthplace of HipHop (Harlem and Bronx) tour yesterday and it was amazing! This tour is a must do for anyone who appreciates HipHop culture and/or New York history! True to the title of MC the tour leaders "moved the crowd" safely and enthusiastically throughout several historic landmarks in HipHop and NY history. I... More

Grandmaster Caz MCd our time on Hush Tours and it was a wonderful way to spend the day in NYC! I love hip-hip and it was thrilling for me to see the original graffiti, room where DJ Cool Herc first spun, real b-boys in action in the Bronx and the other highlights. But even if you're not big on hiphop,... More

So 2 years ago, my wife, son (13) and I did the Harlem/Bronx tour with Grandmaster Caz (Hush Tours also). This tour was The Bomb, complete with a good introduction to the history and culture of hip-hop, visits to some important sites, and lunch at Jacob Restaurant in Harlem (mmmmm!). While seeing those "historic" sites is important, really the biggest... More

My 12 year old son and I were visiting New York while my wife was on a business trip. I planned things to do with him during the day and then at night, the three of us would do other things as a family. One of the daytime activities I planned for us was the "Birthplace of Hip Hop Tour... More

We loved this tour and Grandmaster Cas and his crew provide a very organised insightful window into NYC and the origins of hip hop. Cas is a legend of hip hop who was there at the start 40 years ago and Is still involved to this day. We would thoroughly recommend the history of hip hop tour to anyone who... More

This was a great opportunity for travel and experience their own history. The staff, tour guide was out of sight. The ride was fun, the celebrity tour guide was clever, witty and well informed. He made the information transcend the generation gap. He connected the dots and encourage our young people to be responsible about their art, music and writing.... More

We booked this bus tour because both my knees need replacement surgery. My granddaughters are in dance and have been looking forward to this experience. Our tour guide, Mouse, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and interacted with our girls well. The tour agency knew ahead of time I may be in a wheelchair, which was no problem. Prior to... More

Went on the bus tour covering the birth of Hip Hop. This covered the Bronx and Harlem and visited places you would probably not go on your own. The tour guide was Grandmaster Caz who was there at the very beginning of the cultural phenomenon that is Hip Hop. He was knowledgeable and charismatic with some great stories to tell.... More
