Hush Hip Hop Tours is the premiere New York City sightseeing tour that educates tourists, and locals alike. NY Tours should be larger than life, just like the city itself. Led by celebrity emcees, graffiti artists, DJs, and b-boys each of our bus and walking tours explore hip hop in neighborhoods like Harlem, the Bronx and Brooklyn. From murals and graffiti art to rhymes and dance-offs, our tours include an interactive off-the-wall look into New York's hip hop culture. Hush Hip Hop Tours provides a one of a kind experience, connecting guests with those who spawned and the art form. Who better to tell the stories of its emergence within the Boroughs of New York City, than the legends themselves? Join artists such as Grandmaster Caz. Kurtis Blow, Ralph McDaniels, Kool DJ Red Alert, Rahiem, Reggie Reg, Johnny Famous on a unique excursion crediting the essence of Hip Hop. Recognized by major media outlets such as, BET, MTV, Vh-1, Hush Tours perpetuates the origin of Hip Hop culture by offering customers the opportunity to revisit past and present day history. Our decade long existence has allowed us to master the craft of tourism, providing an experience so unique it should be done in repetition. More than just a tour- one official experience.

This was an epic experience with a legendary host, The great Grandmaster Caz from the Cold Crush Brothers. This tour takes you through the iconic birthplace of hip hop. It goes through the spot from where the first hip hop party was thrown off of sedgewick avenue in the Bronx, through the grafitti hall of fame, through Harlem to places... More

The tour was recommended by a friend that works for the NY Times -- after reading the positive reviews it was a go. We had a fantastic 4hour tour of Bronx and Harlem, hip hop history, culture, and lots of comedy. We were a family of 5 with kids 15,14, and 9 and everyone had a blast. Positive energy all... More

I chose to go on this tour as a good way to see more of New York. My music taste is more of the recent rap/rnb etc, and my boyfriend is more into bands... so I was a bit apprehensive that I/we maybe wouldn’t know any of the people that were mentioned. However, we both really, really enjoyed it. Grandmaster... More

Louise M, What a thoughtful review! So thrilled that you guys were able to enjoy the Birthplace tour despite the slight difference in musical taste. As you mentioned, we always hope to bridge that gap and make it a fun experience for everyone. Can't wait to take you through Brooklyn next time! More

After my wife and I had the pleasure of going on the Where's Brooklyn At? Tour last summer no trip to New York would be complete without some more hip hop schooling. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
