This was not my first time attending the Late Show... but this time it was EXTREMELY difficult to get tickets for it (more so than on previous occasions), maybe because people want to see him as his retirement approaches. We were a party of 4... so we asked for tix thru every possible method: online months in advance, phone, in... More

This review is based on our experience and I am sure other people had a different experience than us. One of the main reasons for my New York trip was to see Letterman before he retires. I must say it was a huge disappointment. It was the worst experience we had in New York and I truly regret even going.... More

Attended the Letterman taping recently during our visit to New York City. We went on line in early August to request the tickets. A nice gentleman, Paul, called my home and asked if we were still interested in tics and how to claim them. We picked up our tickets just prior to the show and were there for about two-three... More

Have watched Letterman since my days at EKU...class of 84. Decided to try and get tickets. Got the call, answered the question right. Dave, Paul and the band were great. Kristin Whig, Elizabeth Warren with musical guest The New Pornographers. Would highly recommend the show. Dave is even more entertaining in person. Thanks for all the laughs and great music.... More

Attended the show where Aaron Rodgers was after winning the superbowl, 2010. It was a great show. Martin L was also on the show. Because Aaron was delayed due to traffic, the taping was late but well worth it. It was funny because Paul S had another engagement and wasn't there. Waited in line twice, once to get the lottery,... Waited in line in the morning to get in the lottery for that day's show taping. It doesn't matter where in line you are, it is a lottery. Won the lottery! Came back for the taping and had a great time. Kathy Griffin was the main guest. Band is awesome. Dave is the king. You can also go around the... More

We've been to see two tapings of the show, first in 2013 and again in late August 2014. Good bit of hurry-up-and-wait involved, get to a bathroom after you get your ticket and before you line up the second time, and do not show up wearing shorts and a T-shirt. It's cold. All of the headache-inducing parts aside, it's a... More

We actually had a visit to the studio on our list of things to do. We were approached in Times Square asked a few questions and next thing I know we were on the front row of the taping !!! Very very cool experience!

I have loved David Letterman since I was about 10 !! On my first trip to NYC I was not able to get tickets ! :( He actually was on hiatus according to the sign on the door -- but my second trip - I got tickets - I was kinda an ordeal to obtain the tickets - you stand... More
