The Comedy Cellar show was the HIGHLIGHT of our NYC visit (and that's saying a lot). If we lived in NY, we'd be here all the time. We were lucky to get into the January 6 late show on standby, so we couldn't complain about getting seats way back in the corner (at least we didn't have to worry about... More

I took my son here under some intrepidation as two years earlier I had visited with my husband and didn't find the experience all that funny as the comedians referred to American events of which tourists were unaware. I'm so glad I gave this another go as we had the best time, so much so, that when the audience was... More

I had such an awesome time with friends! Plenty of drinks and food, which was not cheap haha! Jeff Ross killed it, as usual. I've never had a bad time and highly recommend this legendary comedy club.

One of the best shows I have ever been to. attended an Amazing show on Saturday the 10th of January (7 PM). Great service (Server was named Steve). All the comedians did a great job particularly Jerome Fowler, Keith Robinson and Robert Kelly. John from Scotland

Fun night, all the comics were great. Was worried Jeff Ross was going to spend his set picking on people, but he just told a bunch of hilarious jokes. Highlight of the night was the Pizza Song.

Had a great time. We both laughed the entire show. Loved the atmosphere. Can't wait to come back again.

Hardly any wait before the late performance, the club was well organised, asked us to select our seats before we went in and we were seated quickly, if a little snugly! Being a Brit, I wondered if I would find the American sense of humour funny. I need not have worried at all. Every comedian managed to raise the roof... More

Aziz Anansi made a surprise appearance to work on his material. It was a fun night and a relaxed atmosphere. But one name comes to mind when I think of the Comedy Cellar: Ardie Fuqua! Great showman of which i have great respect! We had a huge laugh after the show in the bar. Sorry to hear he was in... More

We booked online and attended the 7pm show. You need to arrive a little early. The seating is tight but who cares when the comedy is so good. There were 6 comedians plus an MC - all were excellent. Ryan Hamilton was our favourite. $24 cover plus 2 purchases per person. Suggest you use a restroom before going.

The beer was flat. The Bloody Mary tasted liked anything but...and the baba gabouch was supermarket variety. That being said, the show and the lineup was hilarious. My stomach was sore the next day from all the laughing. Definitely worth visiting!
