I brought my two teenage daughters to Phantom at The Majestic. At intermission they went to the restroom only to find an amazing long line. They stood & waited. When it was announced the second act was about to begin, there was still about 50 women in line. My daughters ended up having to miss most of the first scene... More

I bought a 5th row ticket for my last day visit in Nyc. I was excited to finally to finally see this show I've been wanting to see for 20 years. Ok. Sitting next to me, a Russian female tourist apparently doesn't understand to turn down her LOUD MOBILE PHONE. It rang not ONCE, BUT TWICE. I looked for ushers... More

I had to visit this famous theatre because my favourite Broadway show has been playing there for the best part of 30 years. It was fantastic to be in such a historical venue watching such a fantastic production. The Phantom of the Opera was a fantastic show and the magic of the theatre added to the experience. The only negative... More

We saw a great evening performance of Phantom of the Opera here on July 14th. The Majestic is an old, beautiful theater and a perfect venue for Phantom. However, it's a little more enjoyable if you're prepared. First of all, when the doors open for the evening performance, you're all herded downstairs. It's crowded with very few places to sit... This is one of NYC's architectural gems- the inside of this theater truly lives up to its' name- 'majestic'. We saw 'The Phantom of the Opera', a beautiful love story that's been playing on Broadway for decades, but never gets tired. The performance was flawless, and the musical score is a timeless classic, with numerous memorable and familiar tunes that... More

I want to file a complain about Hugh Barnett, a Manager at the Majestic Theater. Interacting with him was a truly ugly experience. On Friday, June 13 I brought over 100 people to see The Panthom of the Opera at the majestic Theater. The group was The Children's Choir from Houston, TX and their parents. The choir received a big... More

This play is one of the most mind-blowing plays I've ever seen. At majestic theatre at broadway, the play is one of a kind. The actors are superb and believe it or not the set up is the best I've seen till date.

Five stars for everything. Looking forward to see another show again. Amazing scenography, beautiful voices, powerful and very precise musicians.

I recently went to a performance of the Phantom of the Opera (May 12th). Loved the play. Hated the staff that shows you where you seats are. I took a very bad fall on the stairs dropping my full drink all over myself and the stairs. NOT ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF ASSISTED ME. When I explained that I had... More

Went to watch Phantom of the Opera. Great to see the casts and their great acting skills! Majestic theater was awesome too! Advisable to get the seats near the stage for the "chandelier" experience!
