I enjoyed a wonderful performance of Phantom of the Opera here. The seats were great. The staff got you in in a timely manner and the production began promptly. If you're travelling to NYC and want to take in a show, POTO and this venue are a must see.

We saw 3 broadway shows while visiting New York, this was my 17 year old daughters favorite of the 3. I enjoyed the show and set. My 13 year old son has seen it twice now, and while not his favorite, did enjoy it a second time. The whole family enjoys the music.

Visited to see phantom of the Opera. A reasonable production which sadly lacks imagination. The venue was adequate however staff were rude.

The staff was very nice (drinks are a rip off, they make you buy a souvenir glass). The show was great I wouldn't go anywhere else to see it. The theater only shows phantom of the opera so the stage and backdrops are only for the one play which makes the experience much better.

Beautiful theater, as well as comfortable. If you love the Phantom and haven't seen it here you are missing out!

It is a very comfortable theater, better than many others on Broadway. The seats were supportive with a bit longer leg space and a perfect view. The sound was good. The cast was great. I don’t see anyone to complain about the show; the whole multinational audience was united in their excitement. The Phantom is running for 25 years now... More

The theater is smaller than i thought but its really beautiful. I really fall in love with the interior. Well maintained i would say. Staff was very polite and led everyone to seats. It was full when i visited. The view was perfect from my seat(third row from last-got it for 69$). They have Bathroom facilities and i heard from... More

We watched Phantom of the Opera , the longest running show in the Broadway History. The theatre is so huge and neatly kept. There was a huge queue and the staff did a wonderful job getting all the security check and letting people inside. They were very friendly and let all of us know how to get into the theatre,... More

We watched the "Phantom of the Opera" and we expected the theatre to be rather larger than it was. Actually this theatre is somehow small, but it is beautiful in a theatrical sense. In addition, the view is almost perfect from every seat and there are no obstacles in front of you, which is typical for larger theatres. The personnel... More
